Huge place so Huge selection. Very clean and very organized. Customer service is very good and someone is usually available for one on one help unless everyone is helping other people. Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is the fact that some things are over priced here than at other beauty stores that are near by. Like you may pay $1.00 extra for the same exact hair moisturizer that you get than the place down the street. Other than that, its an amazing store and they always seem to have exactly what I need when I go there.

I came into the store at 824 and the entire black ghetto staff instantly got an attitude because they close at 830 and were ready to go. I knew what I came for but had a simple question and no one seemed to want to help me. When I tried to pay, they took their time to acknowledge me as they gathered their belongings and I said Im trying to pay. Im Black too but its always the black ghetto people who ruin a business!! No thank you I will not be spending my money there

I came in a bought the wrong product after being mislead by a sign went to my car and realized the product was wrong, came back after 5 mins and they did not let me exchange or refund... It was a waste of 8$ and more importantly lack of customer service, the sales women was smart about it. From now on Inwill be going across the street to the other beauty supply store in the shopping center next to subway, they are always super nice !

I visited the Windsor mill location.The store itself and product may be nice, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! Not one associate greeted me when walking in , AND I had to get the cashiers attention when I wanted to check out. Even then I still didnt get a "Hello", "Did you find everything you were looking for?", NOTHING! Customer service is a big deal to me .I mean what else do they really have to do there..

They had the product I wanted but the customer service sucked. I was in the wig section for at least 15 minutes. No one asked me if I needed help. I had to ask someone for a cap so I could try on wigs myself. After I asked for a cap, the girl asked if I needed help putting the wig on. If you have to ask that you need another job. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

The store has a great selection of products and etc...How ever I purchased a lace front from them in February of this year snd the wig was horrible. The saying is you get what you paid for but in this instance I didnt get 200 plus what I paid for this hair. It cannot be curled its sheds terribly and its lifeless. Will never by this brand again. EVER!!!!!

I went here and the door alarm went off and the manager accused me of stealing.Made me pull everything out my pocket book and humiliated me. The alarm went off from an old edge control that was half used in my pocketbook. After they seen the old edge control they didnt apologize.

The employees are always rude. They all act like it pains them to be at work and none of them smile. Hands down thee best beauty supply store but their customer service i can do without. I try to avoid going in there by going to beauty 4 u.

I gave this store 2 stars cause the staff is not so pleasant and the prices are expensive. My teenage daughter loves this store she likes the music they play and they have everything she likes to keep her hair looking healthy and strong
