My family, and virtually every one of our area friends, go to Symmetry. The stylists are tremendous at all that they do. We have nothing but rave reviews for our stylist, Karen Carbaugh. She has a huge and loyal following, for good reason. When Karen is booked, we have been delighted with any of the other stylists that have been available. The front desk staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Mary, in particular, is a delight. Perhaps the best review I could imagine sharing is that my daughter travels back from her new home in New York City to have her hair styled by Karen. Better styling and color, at a fraction of the cost. Bonnie, the owner, runs a phenominal operation. She is a great business woman and she is always very friendly to her clients. I scheduled a mother, daughter and grand daugther hair experience for mothers day and they didnt even take the time to cut my daughters hair. Fortunately my daughter was ok with just a blow dry but it would have been a better experience for her to get it professionally cut and styled with her mom and grandmother. Stacy was the only stylist that took the time and the only one that we remembered her name. As a matter of fact, as Stacy was walking out, she noticed some hair that hadnt been cut on my wife and took her back in to cut it more. Nice studio and Stacy and the front desk person were very nice....other than that they certainly didnt make much of an effort to impress potenial future customers.

I went to the salon this week end and had the best experience ever! Being a hair stylist myself, I am always watching out for mistakes that hair stylists usually make, even with 15 years of experience under their belts! Just by the way Lori shampood me, I could tell she was good. Second, she listened to what I wanted her to do with my hair, because she did EXACTLY as I asked and with confidence! She also suggested different styles/cuts for my friend (who came with me) when she asked for advice. Lori is very pleasant and friendly and I have decided that she is going to be my permanent hair stylist! Also, she is gorgeous! For those who might want to know.. ;) Symmetry gets all five stars from me!!

LORI CASS MADE MY DAY :) I normally dont log onto write reviews about anything but this instance i just had to!!! i got a haircut from Lori Cass yesterday which was absolutely BRILLIANT!! Right from the consultation of what color and cut to get to the actual finish, she was extremely professional and friendly. For someone like me who is extremely apprehensive of change, she made sure that i was completely comfortable with everything being done. The outcome...? A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE:) Thank you Lori, youre the ONLY stylist am ever going to get a haircut from!!

Wonderful first experience! I went for donating my hair to "locks of love", and getting a new look, so I wasnt too sure. But everything turned out to be great, they gave me 50% off for donating my hair and a totally new style ( I took a prinout of the kind I wanted). My stylist was ANDREA and she did a great job. I reccommend this place, and I will definitely go there to get my hair done by Andrea again!

Front desk staff not friendly. Young lady was extremely rude, acting as though i was wasting her time. Not impressed with my up-do for my pre wedding style. The stylist didnt listen to what I said at all. The make-up artist is very talented though!

I am so impressed! Holly does a fantastic job on hair here! She is so talented and makes every experience that I have at Symmetry relaxing and enjoyable. I always make sure to book with Holly because shes so kind and talented with hair and makeup.

When I went there a few yrs ago, I was disappointed by the stylist (3 chances and as nice as she was, I just didnt like her cut). But I went back again to try another stylist recently and love Beth. Shes a great colorist.

I went for mani padi . The job was horrible and the person who did it couldnt even see that she painted my nails half. I can do a better job on my own. Horrible experience with the quality. I wasted my money there .

The owner, Karen, is outstanding. She has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and my wife raves about her skills with hair color. Very nice, very personable and very professional. Ask for her!

Lori cass is doing my hair ask we speak; she gave me great suggestions as Im a mixed "chick" hence the different texture of my hair. Shes personable and it enhances your experience!
