I went in to have my ends trimmed and came out with a hack job, and lost almost 3 inches. Its so terrible I cant wear it down until I get it fixed. She even said "its a little choppy but your next cut...." I have some chemical damage so it was difficult for her to comb through, but she didnt try to use any spray to improve the situation. And her shears kept snagging my hair while she combed which didnt help the hacking technique. I keep trying to give Supercuts another try, multiple locations, especially since long layers arent that complicated. Ive been disappointed every time but this is by far the worst!

Long wait. Was told last time I called there bc they didnt have a check-in on their app and that they dont do appts...just walk-ins. So I didnt call or check in. Guess what! Ppl were coming in who had checked in by the app!! So we had a long wait. Next time Ill be sure to CHECK IN since they seem to have it now lol

Service was quick and friendly this afternoon. Casey did a fabulous job and was very patient and deliberate in cutting my long hair, putting in layers and framing it in the exact way I wanted. Would highly recommend.
