I came for a root touch-up two days ago. After applying bleach, Joy put me under a dryer. Unfortunately the bleach was over applied and overlapped a significant amount with my previously lightened hair. I was left under the dryer for too long as well. As she blow-dried my hair, I noticed that chunks of hair were coming out. I pulled my ends gently and quickly realized that hair was no longer attached to my scalp. My long blonde locks are now gone. I had to be given a pixie cut with the fried remaining bits of hair. My hair is still falling out.

Tony is so friendly. He was incredibly patient with my mom, who is both opinionated and has some dementia. He has a beautiful Italian accent and used his charm to bring mom around-- to the point where she looked forward to her visits to his shop. The shop is in a residential neighborhood and Tony has awesome gardens surrounding the house. The surroundings both inside and out make you feel at home.
