I have always been cautious about who cuts my hair. Me Fletcher had cut my hair previously so I felt comfortable coming back. Worst decision ever. I even showed him a picture of what he did the last time I can in the shop. Everything was fine until he pick up the electric trimmers. I dont like them they irritate my skin. He put them on my face to cut my Betty Boo side burns he create with my first cut and that I liked a lot and cut off my natural hair line in front of my ear as well. When I asked why would he do that he said I always clean that up. I said no you dont and showed him my original picture. To which, his response was well what do you want me to do now. Really its called an apology or a discount for not doing what I asked for. Dont waste your time or money coming to his shop because his customer service is poor and apparently he does not care that it is either. Thanks for letting me pay $135 for a hair cut I did not ask for.

Ladies or Gentlemen, if you are tired of looking at the same ole hair style and you would like a new you, then Hair Palace is the palace and the place to be. I have been going to Barry since 1985. I can say unequivocally, you wont be disappointed. He chats with you to find your comfort zone. While styling your hair, he will talk, if you want to talk. Otherwise you can read, do reports or just relax. He shampoos your hair in a way that makes your scalp tingle. He thrives on the quality of his work. In all the years I have come to his salon, I have never been let down. If you try him or any of the operators, I am sure you will be back... Concha Johnson

Unfortunately, this salon is over rated. The stylist are not up to date with todays cuts, color, and styles. Barry Fletcher was a good stylist during the 1980s and 1990s, however I must say he shouldve stayed in retirement. Although he has come up with his own product line, the stylist in the salon do not like his product and sneak to utilize other established products. The Salon has a 1980-1990 appearance with a senior citizen clientel. Simply would not recommend!

The man is phenomenal in all he does that is all i can say..His track record is full of accolades awards and accomplishment. The Hair Palace is more than just a Salon it is really like a therapy center, when you leave you not only feel handsome/pretty you also feel rejuvenated and brand new!! love This place Love the people!

Barry Fletcher products are awesome!!! I love the Liquid Moisture Hair and Body Oil. I buy it for my whole family. It is a light oil and keeps my scalp moisturized. The product prices fits my budget. I love the salon energy, everyone greeted me. The staff is nice and by far serve the need to help you grow healthy hair. If you never had a great shampoo, this team shampoos the stress right out of your head ☺. I highly recommend them.
