If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible customer service, snotty attitudes, no interactions with the customers aside from doing the service. I went to get my eyebrows done and the woman, I think the manager, messed them up completely. I specifically told her how I did not want them to look and she intentionally made them very thin, uneven, and overall terrible looking. I will never go there again.

Amazing Stylists!!! Everyone is so pleasant. Kathrine takes care of my entire family and I have never been happier. Andrea knows how to create a welcoming environment, the salon is gorgeous and every who works at Trends is incredibly happy!!
