Came in on a Saturday evening about 2 weeks ago to celebrate our anniversary. We usually go to the one in Annapolis and I really wish we had this time but unfortunately we are closer to Columbia now. We went on a Saturday evening so we knew it would be busy, we only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Our waitress took at least 10 minutes to get our drink orders which is fine because it gave me time to look over the menu since most of the dishes I get have now been removed I had to find something new (which is something I am not fond of when it comes to eating out). We didnt order an appetizer and requested bread which took her some time to bring to us. Waited about 30 minutes for our food and mine was wrong. I had specifically requested NO ONIONS on my sandwich because I physically cannot stomach them. Well I guess our waitress and the kitchen staff took that as pile on as many chunks of onion as they can. I didnt send my dish back because what is the point? I picked the onions off and took a bit of my sandwich only to find the bread it was on was horribly burnt and the serving size for the pasta my husband ordered was MUCH smaller than it usually is. So $17 for a pasta dish to not really get the correct serving size is ridiculous. Our waitress was constantly refilling my husbands glass but never once refilled mine, even when it was completely empty and I was still trying to choke down my burnt meal. Glass is bone dry and still no refill and I know she saw the glass. Your customers should NEVER have to ask for a refill. When the glass is a little more than half empty you automatically refill it if it is free refills. She was completely focused on him the whole time but never once made eye contact with me. We requested the check and when she brought it to us she handed it to him instead of placing it in the middle of the table like you are supposed to. So I had to snatch it from her. I was a waitress for several years and I tip pretty well 25% or more depending on the service. You have to be pretty awful for me to tip below 20% and that is exactly what I tipped. Below 20%. Your servers lack common courtesy, respect, and even work ethic to make it in this business. I doubt we will ever come back to this location and this has left a bad taste in the company as a whole so we might not even return to another location.

My wifes birthday disaster: this is is how it begins...Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurant and the place where I met wife for the first time.... I decided to celebrate her bday there with group of 13...we had to wait for 1 hour on a Monday night ..and then I showed the front desk person how much space is there to fit us..they then accommodated us It took 30 minutes before someone came to take our order...another 30 to get first round of drinks..I was already disappointed with the service and called the manger...she came..her name was Lauren..I explained what is going on and she said she will take care We ordered appetizers and dinner...right after I ordered that I told the waitress that Its my wifes bday and I need a full cake of carrot cake to surprise her and wish her..she said that she will bring it..I confirmed 3 times...when the dinner was done ..she tells me that it is frozen and not edible! I was disappointed but went to the counter and told to her to bring 4 different slices...it took her another 30 minutes and no one was there! I got up and asked for the manager again..Lauren came again and I explained her the whole story and how disappointed I was.... In the end Lauren tells me that she will convey to the waitress and tells me that if I come back they will give me a cheesecake! Lmao Thank you Lauren I dont need it and thanks for your team for screwing up my wifes bday!!! Very disappointed with a. Company that me and my wife have loved for years... Not sure if higher management cares for these reviews or not but they sure did lose a loyal customer today... Never going back there again!

Been here several times and always had a positive experience. Food is plentiful for whatever you order, and has always been solid. They have a large selection of menu items that can fit a lot of moods, and all of it is solid. The mainstay is, of course, the cheesecake. Excellent selections, and we enjoy everything we order. Service is usually good, but always "acceptable." At the busier times, you might be waiting for a while to get seated and they dont take reservations, but your service will be solid while you are there. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food, but its not necessarily a "bargain." Atmosphere is a little noisy and - depending on your seating - you might be close to another table of people, but it doesnt usually infringe on your ability to enjoy yourself. It can also be a little dark in the restaurant, which can make it challenging to read the menu. We have had a few issues with servers being hard to find when you want them, but it has never been too detrimental. Very good restaurant. Very small complaints, but if you are aware of them and look past them, its a great restaurant for dates with an SO or small family outings. Its probably too noisy for big gatherings or first dates, though.

If your ever craving something sweet and rich this is the place to go! If you want to try food that is delectable and just down right out of this world you might wanna call the cheesecake factory home! When you first enter into the lobby to your left you see this huge display case of what seems like a million cheesecakes and other desserts. Where the host their greets you politely asking if you want to order to go or just dessert. But if your looking to dine in continue walking a few steps further to the right is this huge Host stand where a group of lovely ladies or gentlemen ask would you like to wait for a table. And Get you seated as fast as possible. That is the only reason this gets a four star rating is the wait time sometimes ranging from a thirty minutes to a whopping two hours. This place is pretty popular as you can tell! And if you go try it out yourself you shall see why! Stop back and let me know which cheesecake is your favorite. Mine is the famous Dulche de leche! Peace!

We had a large party, 9 adults and 2 toddlers, so we called a few hours ahead of our expected 2:45pm Saturday arrival to make sure they could accommodate us. They told us they dont accept reservations, but that it shouldnt be a problem. We arrived at the expected time and told them 9 adults with 2 toddlers and the hostess took 10 minutes to talk to a manager who came back and said it would be over an hour and a half wait. We had toddlers with us and there is no way we could have waited that long. We left and went to Seasons 52 instead, explained the situation to them, and they sat us within 10 minutes and were very accommodating despite not having a reservation. If you have a large group, or even if you prefer not to eat somewhere that pulls a bait and switch on people, do yourself a favor and eat at Seasons 52 instead. Its in sight of the front door to Cheesecake Factory as you leave.
