I often come here, and get drive thru and I like it here,I dont mind traffic or long line but today I learned that the staff here support person who cut in line and acted like nothing happen while me and other car were trying to honk at him with rage and furious .....so today(August 24) around 1pm I was waiting in the line of drive thru and as everyone in the line can see we have to make some space for people who want to walk in to park and as I was leaving some space for other people to get in and park, a guy who was in the line behind me came and cut right in front of me, RIGHT IN FRONT OF everyone behind me who witnesses what happened so we tried to honk at him, but he wouldnt back off or move or apologize or do nothing and as I can see that we still in the line and we still have time so I called the Chick Fil A right there at the exactly same location,I called the staff inside and asked what can they do about this because this is unacceptable and there is no different than when someone cut people in the line at the store, I can tell them what kind of car , what color..their licence plate because we still in line..... waiting to order !!! You could have done something !!! but he said No, he cant do anything, he told me that "you just have to let it go, you cant do anything with this rude people " well....but I think you can !! CHICK FIL-A !! I have two kids with me and I dont want to get out of my car and cause more traffic..I asked "Can you guys refuse to give him any service ?" Because I see no different between cut in line in store and in drive thru.....but no he refused to do anything about it and let this slide....I am very disappointed with your customer service, I never mind waiting in the line or traffic or how awful your location is...I can understand that but I am very disappointed with how much you can help your loyal customer who always respect your service. Good Chick-fil-A restaurant. I did like the updated layout compared to most. They did have a self-service drink machine on the left side looking at the front counter, makes getting refills easier. Food was good and fast. We went on a Saturday at lunch, and we had to wait to even get into the parking lot because the line of cars for the drive through stretched out of the parking lot. While we were eating, we did notice the line for the front counter was also pretty long, but they did seem to get through it pretty quickly. Overall, a very favorable experience outside of the parking issues which is mostly based on the size of the property.

Food and service here is great (what do you expect? Its Chick-fil-A!), but my god they need a parking garage. Anyone who has been here around lunch time or dinner time know what Im talking about. The damn traffic just to try to turn in or worse the drive through goes out on the main road! The worse is when drive through hideously long (always) and there is absolutely no parking! It would be 5/5 stars if it wasnt for the horrible parking/traffic situation that occurs.

There was no one in line behind me (in store) so I made the mistake of taking my time in ordering. The person behind the counter wasnt going to suffer that though and kept trying to speed me through. However, every time she slipped into a disdainful or patronizing tone shed catch herself and make a professional effort to sweeten her demeanor and exercise courtesy. It was an amazing performance that Id happily pay $7 to see again.

Im a chick-fil-a fan and the food at this location is as good as youd expect. The location is awful. Do not go there during peak lunch and dinner times. I wanted to go through the drive through but, due to a long line, I decided it would be quicker to park and walk in. This backfired. While I got my food relatively quickly, the traffic jam in the parking lot kept me pinned in my car, in my parking spot, for nearly 15 minutes.

Worst Ever! Ive eaten at dozens of chick-fil-as and this one is by far the worst! their service is horrible and the cashiers are either rude or just dumb. they dont know what they are doing or they completely ignor you while you stand in front of their register. Ive been there a few times figuring that perhaps it was just one bad apple. NOPE. theyre all bad at their job. Thankfully there are numerous chick-fil-as in the area.

Food was great, service was excellent. The biggest problem is how busy it is. Ive never seen another Chick-fil-A even half as busy as this one, and thats true for any of the several different times during the day that Ive been to this one. If going through the drive thru, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes during lunch or about half that during less busy times just to get to the place where you order.

Very disappointed today when I came in and found out There was no chicken tortilla soup Or coleslaw They said that they only have it in the winter time Wish they would bring it back and keep it on the menu also the people is not very friendly when you ask a question also the people is not very friendly when you ask a question you get chewed up Like Parada Very bad experience

Good food and normally, I get excellent service. I use the Chick-fil-a one app to order and my meal is usually ready quickly and I do not have to wait in line. The last time I went, I waited for my mobile order longer than the people in the regular line waited for their orders. It is frustrating when the whole purpose of the mobile order is to have your food ready quickly.

There always seems to be a long line at the drive through and given the short access road this results in traffic jams making it hard to get in and out. Standard Chick-fil-A food, friendly service but traffic nightmare as they print more money. Why support this stuff thats really not so good for us?!? Engineered to taste "good"... We went inside to find out there was a Bible study going on. We just wanted a sandwich. The receptionist made us pray rosaries before ordering which I thought was rude. Then once the food was ready they didnt just serve it, they had to bring a priest in to bless the food. Then they all yelled white power white power, it was really bizarre...

I really need chick fil a to bring back their cinnamon cluster it was the only thing that would fill me up in the morning. I would get the chicken minis then the cluster but now Im not filled up because I dont have anything after. The cinnamon cluster got them money and you really need to bring it back!!!!

Everyone loves Chick-fil-A so does my kid. This restaurant is just like the other nice people and fast service but always busy. The one thing to note for this location is the drive thru. It gets congested and people tend to block the way to parking and the exit.
