I was not impressed by down to earth catering. They catered our wedding and I was so disappointed. After they got the money (which we paid in full well over a month before they required it) it was like their job was done. We asked for chicken stuffed with ham and cheese, they gave us plaine chicken with nothing on it and no explanation. They took over 45 minutes to dismiss all of our tables to go eat and we only had about 80 people total. They took a week to respond to any email and they acted like I was bothering them. I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone or ever book them again. The reason they have two stars is because our guests did say the food was fairly good. The customer service and professionalism was seriously lacking.

My daughter graduated in June and Down to Earth Catering, catered the graduation dinner. I was extremely pleased with the quality of food and the food was hot when served.
