This was my first time buying a home, and honestly I hope the process goes as smoothly if and when I go through the home buying process again. I was able to give a pretty big list of criteria for what I was looking for and got many great suggestions from that list. One of which was the house I ended up purchasing, which I would have likely not found otherwise. It was also nice to know that I was able to contact my realtor after the purchase for help and advice. In general you were all very accommodating with my time constraints and schedules for everything. The hardest part was choosing and dealing with the mortgage company. Debbie was very helpful with the information she gave me about the loan process and I felt much more comfortable talking to banks after that. Columbia, MD

Representing herself as a professional real estate agent, Cynthia Nagel entered into a real estate transaction and lied about the details around her plans for our property. As a result, damages and extra expenses we did incur and she refused to pay for them, calling them outrageous. She also filed a lawsuit against us, which failed because any sensible person can see that she was acting inappropriately. I guess some people are never wrong even when theyre WRONG.
