Three stars is the average of the scores for the pre-sale prep, free usage of trucks, marketing, and bringing people into our house (5 stars) and the follow-up, communication, and attention once we were under contract (1 star). At the beginning, I felt like a priority. After accepting an offer, I felt largely on my own, my concerns dismissed, and like just another commission basically in the bag. Dont fall for the lists of awards and honors. All of that is meaningless if the person who assists you doesnt act like they value your business.

I listed with Bob Lucido and although my home was only worth $395K he was personally involved the entire way. He actually got a $412K offer in 3 days which we gladly accepted.
