We saw that John L. was the preferred agent for Ryan homes. So that is why we used him. I want to Thank John L. for his extreme realestate Strategy of selling like a Marathon instead of a sprint. We had signed the contingency agreement with Ryan Homes to buy upon the sale of our house. We cleaned up for pictures. Took pics and the house was on the market. We had the house on the market for 3 weeks and dropped the price by $5K. 2 more weeks and dropped the price by $5K. Two more weeks and dropped the price by $10K. The house is a 4 br 2.5 ba with a newly finished basement in Washington, DC. We let John L. Keep it on the market listing for a total of 80 days. There were a total of 14 people that actually came to see the house. No offers made nor any follow-up. John L. never brought anyone over to view the house personally. During the long drawn out marathon we had time to replace the refrigerator and the dish washer. Then the contingency contract ran out twice and Ryan homes had to cancel because there was no activity or idea when the house would sell. So we released John L. from being our relator. He did not handle it well at all. He lost his professionalism. Dont let the cool initial snake oil sales pitch fool you. Look behind his eyes. He did not sell our house. We now have a great real estate agent that is very attentive to what we need. They come with a team that helps you get to know what you need to do for your house to be sold at the optimum price. Also we hear from them with out it being a crisis or being scared that we are about to fire them. Ace reality is a great company with Javier Sanchez to get your house sold. Otherwise, call Luchiea Hinnant with Greenline Realty they have a team of people that are really there to help get you where you need to be as far as your realestate needs. So I am sending out a great big Thank you to John L for his laziness in lack of knowledge on how to sell houses in the DC market. Otherwise my wife and I would have never found our dream home. Or sold our house for more than the asking price. Thank you so much John L.

I contacted John Lesniewski in April concerning selling my home. We listed the property on April 15th and went under contract for the house in late June. Upon initially meeting John I had a great feeling about listing with his company. He has been in the business for many years and is well versed in all things Real Estate. This was my first time selling a home so my nerves were on high alert the entire time. However John L. totally put my mind at ease. John was also very honest throughout the process and was nearly spot-on with how much everything was going to cost and my earnings. I throughly appreciated knowing that these figures didnt "suddenly" change at the end. Although John has an amazing team, Sarah and Sam are superb and very informative, I do wish John had more presence. He is VERY busy though. After the initial meeting in April I didnt see John again until our closing in August! Maybe thats just how it goes. But I am glad that he sold our home and used several marketing tools, such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), social media and other websites to garner potential buyers. All in all, I would definitely recommend and use John Lesniewskis Real Estate services again.
