As buyers from Texas who knew nothing about Central PA, we found ourselves in great hands with Bowen Realtors Melissa Leniewski. Melissa listened carefully to our needs and within two days we had 4 possibilities to choose from. Once we made our choice (on the third day) she moved swiftly to get the deal done. Since we had to return to Austin, she lined up all inspections and kept us in the loop the whole way. And prior to move in, she lined us up with all the services we needed. She went well beyond what is expected of a Realtor, making our transition nearly seamless. (Wed like to at least hold last winters weather against her but we just just cant make it stick.) Melissa is not just our Realtor, shes become a close friend and weve already recommended her to others new to the area and all have been grateful for the hook up.
