I was very pleased with my service from Jaffe Electric, and Fred (our technician) really impressed me! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After inspecting my ceiling fan, he told me we’d have to schedule another appointment to fix the fan because he didn’t have the part. I was disappointed, but I completely understood. Twenty minutes later, there was a knock on my door. Fred had gone back to the office and returned with the part, and he was able to fix my fan the same day! I was so grateful that he went the extra mile (literally!) to make sure my fan got fixed. Thank you to the team at Jaffe Electric for their commitment to excellence! Ill definitely be recommending you to all my friends and neighbors.

Did good work I was very impressed that they could fit me in quickly, easily diagnose the problem, and repair it on the spot. I used them for simple repairs and more advanced installations, rewiring, and electrical system expansion and upgrades. In addition to using their services with my clients, I used them in my own home and was never disappointed.
