So disappointed!!! I showed up last night to set up an appointment to have a perm. The manager scheduled a nine am appointment the next morning. I told the manager to please call or have someone call me if the stylist called out because I needed to get a sitter. I showed up at 8:50 and the same manager advises me the stylist called out. So I scheduled a three pm, same day, appointment with another stylist. The stylist texted me and said she didnt start until 3:30. I showed up at 3:34 and there are four people ahead of me. The stylist then says my hair my be over processed. This is the only salon that has colored or cut my hair since October. So did they over color my hair (first time it was orange and I received free hair products) or did they blow off a customer??

Went in to get a hair cut then decided to get it all one color closest to my natural color I have not done any coloring to my hair in over a year. Mind you my natural color is a light to med brown as she was outing the color in my hair I made the comment that its was very light and looked blonde she said no its the right one well wouldnt you know it came out blonde not only that she left blonde on my hair for 45 min saying it will get darker. So now I dont have the color I want and my hair is pretty much dead again and feels like straw.

Worst hair cut ever! Just needed trim. Explained I liked current cut/style so just trim it. Not sure what she did but it is not what I had when I went in. She also struggled to dry my hair. I have a busy life so going back to let them "fix it" is not an easy option. Want it right the first time. Very disappointed and wont use or recommend them.

Stay away from the SmartStyle Hair Salon in Walmart!!!! Go in to get a fade only to find out after my cut, the two working didnt know what a fade was. My hair is jacked. So pissed!!!!!!!

they said they cant cut my hair.....i guess i need a afro
