I had been looking for a solid place to get my hair done, but had trouble finding one. Im now very happy with Cindy at Ultas salon in Wyomissing, PA. Ive been to a few different stylists over the years, trying to get a good blonde color and nice cut. I havent come away from anywhere nearly as pleased as Ive been here. I drive a distance to get to this Ulta, but its been worth it. I have "a lot of hair" thats long and dark. Getting me to the light blonde shade that I like is time-consuming and challenging, but Cindy takes the time to do it properly. I dont end up with any color bleeds or spots - its very naturally done. Cindy is also very willing to look at pictures of cuts and colors, and incorporate those ideas. So, if youre looking for someone to work with you, you might want to try Cindy at Ulta:)!

I was working with the sales associate on changing up my make up brand. I bought two products within the promotion and was told that I would get a make up bag full of different trial sizes in the new brand of make up I was trying. When I went home and the make up bag was completely empty, I came back to the store to show them the empty bag. A sales associate made up a quick store that they ran out and that they just got some today but they werent at the front . Instead she just gave me an attitude and trial sizes for anti-aging the ultra bran because all of brands there "are similar". Well, my skin is good and Im in my early 20s but thanks for the anti aging stuff?

I am a frequent customer and some manager today was acting really racist towards me following me and my boyfriend around (I wasnt shopping but my friend was) I heard her say on her mic. That if I gave her attitude she was going to say something to me .... she told me to leave her store after I asked for her name and corporates number and she refused MIND YOU SHE WAS THE MANAGER IN CHARGE and told me to call the police when I did not do anything wrong my ... super disappointed hope she gets fired

This ULTA is NOT DIVERSE. They know nothing about different skin or hair of color. I lived here for 17 years and nothing has changed for this store. The workers shy away when I have questions about the product. I Always hear "I DONT KNOW" from their mouths. Needs to be updated.

Setup an appointment for 4:00 p.m. stylist called me at 3:59 asking if i could please come at 4:30. She was running behind. No problem. I arrive at 4:30 she tells me it will be another 45 minutes. How can you missmanage your time estimate that horrendously?

Its getting 3 stars because it seems as if some of the younger staff has no idea how to interact with a human. There is a Pocahontas type of pink haired woman who acted as if I was a grass sitting cricket on a hot summers day. Smarten up Ulta.

I love this store. Its my go to for makeup. The staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on their products. I just wish the store brand still carried all their different colors like they used to.

I went to get my eyebrows done and i had the best experience ever!!! Nathan did the best job ever i can not stop looking at them!!!! I will now be going to him and only him !!!! Thank You sooooo much!!!!

It would have been nice if for the 15 minutes I was in there looking lost FOR SOMEONE TO OFFER SOME HELP! 100 employees and not 1 person said "can I help you find something ?" Never coming back.

terrible experience, the staff was very rude and wouldnt exchange my broken palette when I had literally bought it the same day. I suggest another Ulta or Sephora is a much better choice

My appointments get cancelled often. The telephone does not get answered half the time when I call to schedule. When I do get brows waxed, it is a good experience.
