Unreliable and unprofessional. I booked A New Attitude Hair Salon to come on site for my wedding and made an appointment a few months in advance for a test run. The stylist neglected to inform me that the salon had recently changed locations, told me that she had lost my contact information, and had actually locked up and left the salon when I was 15 minutes late to the appointment, since I had trouble finding the new location. She was entirely unapologetic about the mix-up, and actually quite unpleasant. I was concerned by this lack of professionalism and organization, so I booked the Marcy Spa for my wedding instead and they did a fabulous job.

What a great experience! I have been dying my hair dark brown/black for about a year now and I recently decided to go back to my natural hair color which is a reddish blonde. I called them first just to see if I could talk to someone about my hair situation and they had no problem letting me come in a take some of their time just talking about what to do with it. I talked to Kim and she set me up with Rosie. I just got it done today and I have never been happier! My hair is so perfectly close to my natural hair color I could not have asked for a better result! Rosie was wonderful and so sweet she really does do magic with hair color!

Went to Cynthia and she did a great job! Definitely going back! They had a bridal party in when I was in there and had lots of room for the party and their other customers. All the staff seemed very friendly and Im excited to see what other services they have!

FAR AND ABOVE the BEST HAIR SALON in the area!! My hair sylist is Kim Crown, and she is the absolute best. I highly recommend her. She is very meticulous, especially with highlights. I will continue to use her and no one else as long as shes in business!!

Great place to get a gift certificate for your wife mother or girlfriend trust me on this one guys. They offer message packages and if you get her one of those for 1 hour you will be the man.

I love this salon. It is clean and the crew is happy. I get my haircut here, exclusively since finding it! The parking lot is big and easy to get to. The prices are reasonable too.
