Friendly and well trained staff but never enough people working for the amount of people in the store on multiple occasions. Wait times given but never accurate, if given at all. Overall wouldnt go here if you dont have more than an hours worth of time on your hands. Truest disatisfied.

Burned by the wax again after I specifically said, "Dont burn me with the wax, I have somewhere to be tomorrow." She assured me she wouldnt. The wax gets to low in the pot and too hot which is why the first eyebrow gets burned. Very frustrating and looks awful. Wont ever go back.

Staff is very friendly and seems to stay calm even when things get busy. Good prices, especially on Wednesdays when they have a weekly deal. Ive been very happy with the quality of cut I get here for the price.
