I did not receive mail for 2 weeks from the post office located on Shipping Place. I called the office to find out why they stated the mail carrier complained of my dogs, yet they never notified me as they are supposed to. My husband gave our dogs away so the mail would start being delivered again even though our dogs were chained up in our fenced back yard which is at least 20 feet away from the front of our house where the mail box is located. The post office confirmed the dogs were no longer on the premises and began to deliver mail again. Because we complained to Consumer Affairs, the post office obviously caught a personal vendetta and stopped delivering mail to our address again. When I called to find out why Jackie who stated she was the supervisor was EXTREMELY rude, proceeded to cuss at me and stated I had to pay for a post office box. I continued to call and everyone that answered the phone stated they were the supervisor, never once did I get to speek to the actual supervisor. Therefore, I had to call Consumer Affairs once again and file another complaint. I know several people have called and complained about this same "Jackie", and she continues to work there. Everyone in the office is extremely rude and incompetent. I would highly recommend getting a P.O. Box if you want a guarentee to receive your mail which is ridiculous to have to do. Sadly, this is your only other option. The carriers are lazy and if they dont feel like walking the distance to your house you will not receive mail, or if the package is large and they dont feel like carrying it.

Seriously--I believe there are a few workers holding down the whole place. The rest should find new jobs. I trade on Ebay so I get a lot of packages. Whenever I see a package go from UPS to local mail, it can get from China in 4 days and then sit at Dundalk for another 7. I request for my mail to be held while we are out of town for a funeral and they attempt to deliver packages and leave notice that we are not at home. Duh--a good way to let everybody know there is nobody home!!! Mail Hold means hold the mail---all of it! I contact Customer Service while at the hotel and arrange to extend my hold a few more days---then---on the delivery day, I get a message that my mail/packages had been delivered to a P.O. Box. WELL------I do not own a P.O. Box and besides that if I can pay a man in CHINA to get a package 6,000 miles and it makes it all the way to DUNDALK I would seriously think they could get my package the last 2 miles. My regular mail guy goes above and beyond taking care to see that my mail is on my porch. I do believe that he and a few others are holding the weight of twenty other people. If I could I would give him and one other lady a 10++. We were ecstatic to see our previous "on the phone 24/7, even while driving" mail lady go somewhere else! She actually delivered someone elses medical equipment to us and then had the nerve to be upset when I wrote "delivered to WRONG address all over the box. Hang up the phone--do your job!

Seriously take a minute and read this. So Saturday our dogs were maced by the postal worker Monica Patrice Martin who was delivering mail that day which isnt our normal postal carrier. She said she felt threatened by our dogs MIND YOU they are very little dogs 4lbs. Our neighbor saw the whole thing and said they were just laying in the yard and she maced them while walking by and didnt even deliver our mail. Because of that she tried to leave and basically act like she did nothing. I guess the post master or whoever says that we will no longer get mail at our house and on top of that because she tried to leave and we blocked her in that they are taking action on that. First of all these are animals who did absolutely nothing but lay IN OUR GRASS IN OUR YARD.... after caring for them so they werent in pain anymore I got it in my eye and my mouth. to the sleez ball who says your gonna take action on us blocking her in if it is that much of a problem then the police would have arrested who did what they HAD to cause your postal worker didnt want to own up to what she did cause there was no reason for it! Oh and get the story straight we called the police on her not the other way around! I will continue to post this till something is done.

As with TD Bank, the Dundalk, MD 21222 USPS requires that the Customer do all the leg work and research to prove that they (USPS) have committed theft by deception. Failure to deliver an overnight envelope on time and on or before the guaranteed time and date constitutes a full refund. Not here at USPS 21222. I was told it needed to be investigated. Heres a clue: I have the reciept and Tracking ID, I tracked the delivery, it was scanned at the point of delivery a day late. A total refund is due and owing to me. Instead of me getting a refund, I was told to leave the building without a refund. Then I was locked inside the building and they called the Police because I was upset and cursing. The automated system needs to generate refunds automatically when it is due and owing to the Customer, if in fact they have failed to do their job. Instead, they just keep our money until we catch and confront them. Why? Our nation has become infected with Corporate and Government greed. RISE UP & WISE UP People. Raise Hell. I will update my review following the Courts decision.

This post office is incapable of putting a package on our porch if it does not fit in the mailbox. Instead they haphazardly leave the package laying somewhere in the vicinity of the mailbox. I came home last night to my package laying IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. It was dark and raining, so I almost ran it over with my car. So my question to my delivery person is: did you throw it from the truck as you were passing my house? They were, however, kind enough to wrap it in a trash bag that reeked of cigarettes. Im a non-smoker, so I love when my package smells like an ashtray. I would complain directly to this post office, but Ive been inside the post office before to deliver my complaint, and the individuals in front of me, who were also complaining, were getting nothing but attitude from management. Its pointless. Ill just have to start putting in claims when my packages inevitably get stolen from the middle of the street where they are left.

I CALLED THE POST OFFICE TO FIND OUT ABOUT GETTING A PASSPORT . I GOT THERE ANSWERING MACHINE. IT TELLS YOU WHAT NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ARE AND THAT YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT. THEN IT SAYS TRY TO CALL BACK LATER AND HANGS UP ON YOU. FIRST OF ALL I CALLED DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS AND SECOND YOU I WOULD EXPECT TO BE PUT ON HOLD UNTIL THEY ARE DONE WITH OTHER CALLERS. . I,D BE WILLING TO BET THAT SOME LAZY PERSON WHO KNOWS THEY CAN,T LOOSE THERE JOB BECAUSE OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS JUST PUSHES A BUTTON WHEN THE PHONE RINGS AND SAYS I.M TO BUSY TO BE DOING ALL THIS.--- ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE IN AMERICA AND THE GOVERNMENT. WE NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. PS I KNOW THAT THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO WORK VERY HARD AND ARE DEDICATED TO THERE COUNTRY AND THERE WORK. TO YOU I SAY THANK YOU. BUT TO THE OTHERS WHO DON,T DO THERE JOBS I,M TIRED OF PAYING HARD EARNED TAXES FOR INCOMPETENCE .
