My coworker recommended Brian to me. And after working with various realtors previously, I would have to say Brian and his team is by far the best realtor team Ive seen. Selling a property is such a stressful situation because it involves a lot of processes and balancing between selling the current house and buying the next home. Brian and his team are extremely responsive. They are knowledgeable about various processes and stayed on top of everything. They really made the selling our current house and buying our next house a seamless process. During the selling of our house, Brians market strategy landed us 10+ showings with in the first few days and an official offer the second day on market. We ended up accepting that offer since we are getting the full price weve asked for. On the buying side, I worked with Jenn on Brians team. She is very responsive and knowledgable about the area we are buying and helped us obtained all necessary information for us to make the final decision on which house to buy. Throughout the period after we put an offer on our next house, she proactively communicated with the sellers, my lenders, various other parties, e.g. Title company, home inspector... to make sure everything is progressing. We bought the house without any hiccups. I highly recommend Brian to make your life a lot easier during the selling and buying.

When my husband and I decided to look into putting our house on the market, I simply did a google search and read reviews on various realtors/listing agents in our area. Brian had many wonderful reviews, and after our initial meeting we immediately knew that he was the right person to work with on the sale of our home. Brian was extremely personable, friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. We decided to hold off on putting our home on the market, after the initial meeting. Brian didn’t simply forget about us, but followed up with several times after our initial meeting – just to check-in. Once we decided to move forward with putting the house on the market, Brian and his team responded quickly and explained everything easily in regards to our numerous questions. There was never a call or email that went unanswered, and we never waited more than 24-hours for a response. Our home sold in 6 days. We couldn’t have asked for more. During the contracting process, we worked with Kristin (a member of Brian’s team). She was great. Always on top of everything and very responsive. All-in-all it was a seamless, stress-free experience. We would highly recommend Brian Pakulla.

We interviewed a few agents before Brian. We ultimately decided to work with Brian because of his stats. Stats do not lie! He priced the house right and we got an offer pretty much within the first few hours of listing. He was also strategic when we ended up getting multiple offers, going back and forth of trying to get us the best deal. He was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE throughout the entire process. He is also very knowledgeable, and the thing I really appreciated was the fact that he makes sure to explain things in plain English instead of fancy real-estate vocabulary. This is the first time I sold a house, and I think a good agent really shows in 2 areas. #1 listing at the right price, which Brian was right on point. And #2 the aftermath process after selling. The appraisal, inspection, etc was kind of nerve racking but Brian really held our hands throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. I would say at least give him a shot and I would be shocked if anyone would want to hire any other agent.

This is the first time my husband and I were selling a home--needless to say, we were quite inexperienced and nervous. All the reviews about him are spot on. From start to finish, Brian was the consummate professional. He priced our house correctly and was able to provide ample stats to help us understand how quickly we would sell. In addition, he paid for a stager and helped us navigate all the tricky paperwork that was involved. In fact, Brian along with his assistant Kristin, facilitated all of the paperwork so that we have very little to do. Furthermore, Brian set us up with a very easy to use app to confirm showings. We had 28 showings within 2 weeks. Our home had 3 offers; the final offer we accepted was put forth on our 21st day on the market--exactly as Brian had predicted. I have already recommended Brian to some of our friends who are getting ready to sell. We cannot say enough about Brians expert skills as a listing agent.

When deciding to sell our condo, we knew that the only decision that needed to be made was to use Brian. Brians track record speaks for itself. He was always available for questions and thoughts, he put 110% into the sell, and it all paid off in the end. Not only did Brian get us what we wanted for pricing and rent back, but we also used his and his teams connections to get great deals on carpeting and our new home loan. We just went to settlement for the condo last week, and while were saddened to have to give up Brians services, we know we will get to see him again real soon. Brian was a true professional throughout the experience of listing and selling our home. At our first meeting he provided a clear, well-thought-out rationale for his suggested list price. He also made helpful suggestions about how to stage our home - both things that we should do and things we didnt need to worry about. During negotiations with potential buyers, he laid out all of the options and gave his recommendations, but let us drive the process. His assistant, Kristin, held our hands through the escrow period by answering our many questions, helping to schedule inspections and arranging repairs.
