Just an overall bad experience with them. From the beginning; making online payments is not an option for the first 2 months+ security deposit and its a hassle to set up and only works if its a set amount. God forbid if you want to make a one time payment let alone pay for certain bills online. So from that apsect: a little backwards. The attention given to their customers is minimal. When you go sign a lease with them: they hand you a generic contract and youre on your way. Any information that could be useful is not given. They will give one set of keys despite the home owner telling me that she gave them 2 sets to give to us or they promised her to do that one or the other. Even the home owner is pretty frustrated with them but thats something she can talk about I wouldnt mention issues from that aspect on her behalf. The cherry on top for me and what pushed me to write this review despite being pissed off at them for forcing me to pay only by certified funds is: they sent me a Gas bill for the period of time that I started renting until I established an account in my name. The bill has an overdue amount from the previous tenant owing $ from months before I even lived there and theyre asking me to pay it! If thats intentional then thats a sneaky tactic. If thats an honest mistake then that shows you the amount of care they take when it comes to billing their customers. Ironically, if they had cashed my personal check before I researched this and went back to the gas company for exact dates and amounts: they would have had me pay for their previous tenants the extra money.. huh! For me: I would never deal with this company again. Ive been renting all over and Ive been moving a lot with no issues whatsoever and with property management companies working to make things convenient for their customers. Not this one; never again.

Century 21 Nachman has given me one of the worst renting experiences I have ever endured. Meagan Smith is one of the worst property managers I have ever had the pleasure of not knowing nor meeting because she never answer her phone, returns calls or even shows up. You are a day late they will charge u 10% of your rent and for some that percentage is in the hundreds but they have yet to finish repairs in my rental and never even painted the walls. Once I went nearly a month and a half with no heat in the early winter months with a three year old here and have yet to have my ceiling and ceiling fan repaired from a leak that was caused by a contractor they sent out to check the broken heating system at the time. I have a Victorian style bathtub with a broken leg that has never been repaired that fell over and yanked out the plumbing which they repaired, the plumbing, not the leg and it has tipped over again with my 3 year old inside of it. This time the plumbing has yet to be fixed and my daughter has to take wash ups instead of the bath she needs. There are and have been so many issues dealing with this real-estate company/ property management Im starting to believe that they are racist and only treat their minority clients in this manner because it is very disrespectful and dissapointing. I cant wait until my lease is up and I cant cease all business with these people. Sincerely Very,Very,Very Unhappy Tenant John E. Mitchell

If youre military I would advise looking for other businesses to work with. We paid rent on time for three years! They didnt uphold the military clause even though we gave a verbal notice at 60 days from PCS and written notice with orders at 30 days. They charged us for the month after we had already left the state as well as "damages" that the property manager didnt make us aware of in the walk through. In fact everything I pointed out she said was just fine. They also failed to give us check out procedures. Days after leaving the state the property manager quit, so she lied to me and left us screwed. They also made us feel that it was our problem if it didnt rent. During the time we lived there we were forced to sign papers that said there was No Mold present even though I contacted them take care of the mold problem. The back yard flooded so bad that it would stay wet from early fall until the next summer. I was concerned with water under the house and they told me "the owner doesnt want to spend money to fix the drainage problem" The appliances were a bag of worms! The dryer broke and after 2 weeks of calling them to get it fixed they finally got back to me. Another two weeks later it was fixed. Overall, we were treated like we didnt matter.

In my opinion, I would never use this agency or any of their agents. Very dishonest, unethical and will waste your time and money. Go elsewhere!
