I am not one to do reviews, however, with the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Belair Realty I felt nothing less than compelled to write one right away and it has not been a full 24 hours since my house has gone to closing. Will was recommended to me by a previous realtor I worked with, due to the uniqueness of my situation. I relocated due to a job transfer and Will Stein was very instrumental in me getting my house sold quickly. Both my agency’s relocation company and I agreed that he is an amazing realtor!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional. His staff was as well. Once Will was given my information, he called me right away. The next day he had a comparative analysis for me. Conveniently, Will met me at my house to see and discuss my house. He went over all the paperwork with me in laymen terms and made a few recommendations for me to get done before my house going on the market. Very inexpensive and easy but made all the difference. He was patient with me regarding my timeframe of getting the work and recommendations done. He also helped me find great contractors to do the work and get it done quickly. The first day my house went on the market, it had over 100 views on Zillow and over 8 showings. In the next couple of days, I had over 200 viewings on Zillow and over 50 showings. Clearly, his marketing techniques were through the roof. By the end of the week (the day of open house), I had over 800 viewings on Zillow, 70 or more showings, AND an offer on my home for full price. Full price in a week!!! I am more than certain that his expertise coupled with his marketing techniques, staging approach, and extensive research were absolutely the reason I received 2 great deals within a week. He was energetic and reachable throughout the entire process: phone calls, emails, even texts. Even when I would go against things he would recommend, he would attentively listen to my concern and help me come up with a solution that was best for me and my needs. He was never forceful, overly persuasive, or rude and all of his responses were backed by facts and research. He was great with helping negotiate, even when the first buyer backed out unexpectedly. He was awesome in keeping my agency’s relocation company and me in the loop and helping me to make a decision on how to move forward. He immediately jumped on it and started negotiating with the second offer right away. Before the closing of my home, I moved to my new home/job. Will made sure I was locked into a contract and continued to stay on top of things while keeping me informed EVERY STEP OF THE WAY until my house went to closing!!! He was extremely reliable and took care of everything without putting the burden/stress on me to deal with. He made my transition of selling one house, focusing on buying another house 10 hours away, and moving with a toddler and 1 on the way a breeze. Belair Realty will not disappoint!!!!!

Will was amazing." We sold our home with Will first while simultaneously looking for a new house with him. Three months after we sold, he helped us purchase our new one, and the process from start to finish has been great. Always available to talk if needed. Always there to help fix problems that come up. We actually met with him about 1.5 years before we knew we were going to sell. We wanted to do a walk-through of the house and get his opinion on what projects we should focus on in order to maximize selling potential and profits. His guidance great! We focused money where it was needed, and skipped it where it wasnt. We followed his plan, and the results were amazing. His team helped stage our house, photographed it, put it out on social media, etc. Four days on the market, and we were under contract, with an offer well above asking. And even when there were some hiccups with appraisals and inspections, Will and his team took care of it and fix it, which was great because I had to travel for work during the closing process. He saved us thousands in needless home updates, and earned us thousands more upon selling, for more than we thought possible. My home looked so amazing when we sold, I was sad we were leaving!! On the selling side, again, it was a great experience. Will knew us backwards and forwards. If we wanted to see a house and he couldnt personally make it, he would set it up with an associate so we could see it immediately. However, the second we would say "I think this is a real contender, can you look at it with us too?" He would drop everything and meet us there. I trust Will. He could look at the house and see how it would/would not fit our needs without us asking, sometimes pointing out things we hadnt thought of. When we found "the one" he negotiated what was about to turn into a bidding war into a win for us, before the bidding ever really got started. We never would have won the house we got if it wasnt for him. And when last minute problems with lenders occurred, he pulled an inspector out of his hat, overnight, on a Sunday(!), to get the inspection done so we could close as soon as possible. He even offered babysitting when we thought we were going to have issues with the closing date. I realize this is super long, but he did so much for us on both the buying and selling sides. The process was so smooth! And the best part? He really cares. When I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of making such a huge decision on a new house, he was there every step of the way, making sure we were really making the decision we felt was right for us, giving us support, guidance, and being totally prepared to back us out of the deal if we didnt feel ready. If we buy again in this area down the road, hands down, well use Will again.

Will Stein is an all around phenomenal agent to work with. After working with various agents over the past few years in trying to find our dream home, we finally decided to reach out to Will after seeing all his great reviews. I submitted an inquiry on his website and within the hour, I received a phone call from Will, himself. I was so surprised that he personally made the first call because I definitely expected that one of his staff would reach out initially. I told Will that we had some less that average experiences with prior agents and really needed to work with one who could help us get into our dream home. From that moment, he was dedicated to our home buying process and even met with my husband and I that afternoon - knowing he had to travel out of town for a funeral that evening. During our initial meeting he was very detail oriented as asked us not only what we were looking for in a home, but in an agent. Throughout the rest of the process, he was always available to chat and answer all of our questions. He even stayed in touch with us while he was on vacation with his family in another country! But Wills greatest quality and asset for any client is that he is truly a zealous advocate. You can guarantee that he will go above and beyond during negotiations with the other agent or sellers/buyers to make sure your properly represented. For example, when we found our dream home, we knew instantly that we wanted to make an offer and that we didnt want to be in a bidding war. Will knew exactly how to pull the offer together so that the sellers couldnt entertain any other offers. The home went on the market at 3am, we saw it around 3pm and by 9pm, our formal offer was submitted to the seller. Then by 5pm on the following day, the seller had accepted our offer - even though there were other offers on the table! We were officially under contract! Finally, Will is also just a genuinely nice guy that tries to make one of the most stressful and trying processes (at least as a first time homebuyer) somewhat fun. We really enjoyed working with Will and greatly appreciated everything he did to get us into our dream home. We highly recommend Will Stein
