Dave treated us like old friends and listened to what we were looking for in a home. We narrowed our search to a very specific type of property and location. When properties came available in that area Dave was there for us to act swiftly and with his knowledge helping. Dave helped us look at properties, put in a purchase offer, obtain financing and work with a home inspector. We have bought a number of homes over the years and Dave was the most helpful Agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with when purchasing a new home.
