Very poor customer service and a lack of skill. I had a patch sewed on a work shirt for my company. The shirt was a $30 shirt. I had specifically asked them to sew it on a certain way and I even put it on and showed them in the changing room mirror how I wanted it and marked it. When I came to pick it up the patch was crooked and not to standard for my work. I asked them to fix it and they Blamed me for giving them the wrong placement of the patch. I told them I gave them the right placement and I dont make a mistake of how I want it and how my company needs it. They then agree to adjust it for me. Next day I came to pick it up. They told me they did the best they could and the patch was still crooked. The patch was damaged and the stitching around the patch had holes that damaged the shirt. No refund was given to Me. I will never go back to this store again even if it is just down the street. I will travel out a little farer just to get better service. I dont recommend any one to go here if they need a patch for a uniform to be sewed on, they will damage your uniform.

Avoid !!! “Insults customer” “Fails to admit damage” I went to pick up my suit from this place today. My suit buttons were missing, two of them. When I told the guy, the first reaction from him was “the buttons must be missing “before” I brought my suit in”. I told him that, that is “insulting”, as if I brought my already missing buttons suit to dry cleaner, so that .. what? I can get a free service or claim on my buttons? Is this world so stupid?? I didn’t even ask my money back. This has nothing to do with money or buttons! It’s an honesty I’m talking about. If his first reaction was “sorry, I will try to find them” and if he couldn’t, I would understand that this thing can happen. He can’t just start by insulting customer to get away with his responsibility. That is unacceptable. Your clothes get damage, which could happen at any dry cleaner, but do “avoid” “rude and dishonest” customer services from this place!!

Stay away. Horrible service. The guy is a complete nut job that is incredibly rude and you never can tell what will set him off. I was there to pick up my altered pants. I tried them on to make sure the length was right. I asked for help putting the pants back in the dryclean bag as I have a sprained arm that I cant move freely plus it was raining outside and I did to want to risk getting the pants wet. He rudely (and I mean seriously rudely) told me to do it myself as he was not my "slave". Wait. What?? I told him that was rude. He then got increasingly agitated and started inching closer to me repeating "do it yourself". At this point I was scared for my safety. Luckily, there was another customer in the store and I knew that he will not physically harm me with a witness around. This guy is bat $hit crazy. Stay away. There are other options.

As a first time customer they have a sign out front for life time warranty. Both work slacks I had hemmed came undone in the first week of wearing them. First pair they rehemmed and the second pair only days later when I brought back they said they would not fix again. I said I had no receipt like they asked for. I said I would pay. The clerk repeated no not without the receipt several times rudely. Confused I said again I have cash and the clerk said no. So I said I dont understand this is a business I said Id pay. He was repeating no not without receipt. I again said I would pay and asked if he heard me. He changed his tone quickly and said OK. Better customer service and they would have kept a repeat customer. Horrible first experience. Bad customer service. And if they have a life time gaurantee sign, the work should be done correctly.

Danny can get you your clothes in tip top shape, and best of all, he saves you a ton! I had a sport coat i just purchased, and the buttons were falling off. And he replaces buttons for FREE. I had just bought a new vest too for a social event, was dry cleaning the wrinkles out. he told me a button fell off and he replaced it, FREE! He always checks my pants buttons etc to see if they are secure. Hes a good cat. Always go there :D Its not as fast as id like it, but I think it might just be him and one other person doing the cleaning. Usually 2 day service, not next day.

My mom, brother, and I have been coming here for years for alterations. Theyve done an incredible job every time (Ive gotten jeans, a formal, extremely long skirt and shirts altered there). The customer service is great, with fair prices. We love to support small business too!

Ive been using this cleaners for at least the past 5 years for dress shirts, coats, ties, etc. The best cleaners in the area. Others were more expensive and the quality was not there. Some of my shirts buttons were ruined at other cleaners.

Very reasonable prices for hemming pants and jeans. Very good quality work and lifetime guarantee you cant beat that. Also, for new customers you should bring in as many pants as possible because he offers $10 hem for the first visit.

Horrible customer service. Refused to honor hem warranty after 3 pant legs came out and argued that they didnt do the hem when they even saw the receipt.
