Ive been doing business here for almost 5 years on a weekly basis. They are almost flawless - and when something goes wrong, they leap to do it over and make it perfect. So very rare in service businesses today. They always greet me warmly and mostly by name! This review is because once again, Ronnie and his cordial, accurate and energetic staff went above and beyond and I had to say GOOD JOB! Today I was picking up 6 hangers of dry cleaning and a full shopping bag of boxed shirts - Ronnie (the personable owner) came in the door and automatically took the hangers out to my car for me. And was happy to do it! They do my bosss shirts and always get them right. The dry cleaning gets the special attention quality clothing requires and when there is some minor question or issue, they are quick to call me to review what they should do. Recommendations for the best way to proceed have always been spot on (pun intended!). Their process is strictly eco friendly - no chemical smell in the store or on the clothes. Alterations and repairs are available and turn around is speedy.They do all the laundry and dry cleaning, alterations work on premises! In addition to laundry and dry cleaning services, they have cleaned my very salt and water stained Ugg boots and made them literally look brand new! They also provide shoe repairs. Their hours are EXTENSIVE Mon-Friday from 7 AM TIL 8 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM til 6 PM. They are located in the mini shopping center behind the Burger King on the corner of Darnestown Road and Travilah Road in Rockville, just past the end of Great Seneca Hwy.

I began using Milestone several years ago when they adopted a delivery service called Permanently Pressed. I have tried many dry cleaners over the years but never experienced as much attention to detail and feedback with problem stains as my wife and I have had from Milestone. Anybody can do a mens dress shirt, its when something difficult is presented that Milestone rises to the top. I heartily recommend them to everyone I can.

Nomad J is korean guy. Who has anger issue. His review is totally false and he have no idea what he talking about. He leave same review on my business which is we are located in RI area. He is total scumbag. I never use this guys service but as far as I can tell is nomad J is lier.

This business is simply the best~from the customer service to the care of their customers clothes. I trust no other cleaners! The staff and owner are professional in every aspect! My clothes and I are very happy!

They WILL DAMAGE your cloth because they use Harmful low grade detergent AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! They used to offer great service but now their management system has been changed!!! BEWARE
