Meghan Lavender was absolutely an awesome recruiter. She genuinely cares about the individual that she is working with/for. I most admire her willingness to listen, her capacity to empathize, and the desire to help when things get sticky. She is very positive, has tried to be as helpful as possible, and always provides words of encouragement. Meghan is always on top of things, cheerful, professional, sweet, and an advocates. She never give up on me and has bend over backwards to ensure that she find a good match for me efficiently; she ensure the match is based on my career, and not just my resume. I am very blessed to have Meghan as my recruiter. I cannot say enough good things about her. I hope to be able to keep in contact and hopefully have the opportunity to work with in the future.

Aeroteks Tigard, Oregon offices suffer from the "hot babes, dumb as rocks" syndrome. Walk into their offices and you think you walked into a strip club. As soon as they open their mouths, however, the experience turns from viscerally pleasing to absolute disgust. They dont listen. They have no clue the mistakes they makes costs workers more than just a delay in receiving their pay. People lose homes, phone service, cant buy food for families, accrue late fees and penalties for bank overdrafts, all kinds of residual, devastating financial related, life issues because of Aeroteks simple display of incompetence. These people dont care. Too bad Aerotek, Inc thinks looking pretty is that is needed in establishing a reputable business. Too bad.

These guys are so horribly disorganized it is just unbelievable! I get repeated calls from different people (in the same office; Cola SC) sometimes for the same position! Ive asked them to not contact me anymore, but they keep calling (Ive had to block the number!) For one job (high turnover position (Akebono, W Cola, SC)) they were going to hire me, but the background check took 2 weeks, and I ended up taking another position. Stay away, difficult to work with.
