The school would not let my 6 year little girl participate in a dance recital scheduled in June simply because she cannot make the rehearsal the day before. Anyone who has taken their children to Dance know that they practice every week for the big show which is the recital. The rehearsal is not what gets them ready for the recital its the weeks of hard work put in by the student. All because we have a scheduled trip to Disney world that has already been paid. Spoke with the managing director and they would not make an exception for a 6 year old program. Instructors have been good but the director Kait Weber not so good. Please be careful when signing up your children here and their supposed policies. they charged our card without us telling them to while we have been emailing back and forth discussing the situation. Kait Weber agreed to refund the tuition but that we would have a late charge applied! Late charge for what? They care more about the money then the students!!!

Kate, Wow, I didnt know that when your done talking, that the whole conversation is over . I asked a question, you answered and then hung up, didnt give me a chance to say anything back. Maybe that was a special moment for me but Id advise you, representing a business, to answer and help out whoever is on the phone and asking you questions about the business....I assumed you grew up in an era that people respected other people, but maybe you skipped that class.

I absolutely love this school. The teachers are amazing. They are very professional. All you have to do to come to their open house and you will never go anywhere else. My girl was taking ballet classes for 4 years at another school before we came to this school and now 6 months later i see such a huge progress in her technique. I am very satisfied.
