Worst business EVER!!!! Eric Gwen is gone! He left behind the oh so dumb Rose and swindling Gary! Rose had the nerve to tell me she can see if my tire had a nail in it by looking at it from the side! And she was DEAD SERIOUS!!!! Told me my rotors were bad because they had black dust on them! I swear to GOD!!!! Gary conniving ass didnt want to take the blame for a nail being in my tire when I picked up my vehicle! Had his crew to patch it, which by the way was a BRAND NEW TIRE!!!!! Only to come out my house the same night to run to the store and wa-la....ANOTHER FLAT TIRE!!!! What happened to the plug??? Are these ppl that bad where they dnt even know how to plug a tire correctly???!!! YESSS!!!! So I take my car back up there only to hear Gary say if the plug dnt take this time, Im just gonna have to buy a new tire!!!! WHAT??? U SHOULD BE OFFERING TO BUY ME A NEW TIRE SINCE IT CAME FROM YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE!!!! A guy hit my car, my Mercedes, and he had Geico. This is a Geico repair shop. I initially told the adjuster that there was a squeaking noise coming from the area that was hit and to check it out during the repair process. He told me they would and they would look thoroughly. LIES!!! When I picked my car up I had to go directly to work. Thats when I noticed the same squeaking noise! I immediately called Gelber. Eric Gwin was my handler at the time. He told me he was leaving for good and to contact Rose on Monday and let her kno because she was taking over for him. When I showed up on Monday and explained to Rose my situation, she acted as if she cared, but I could tell deep down inside, she was telling me whatever I wanted to hear! But then she pull out the paperwork and realized that the mechanics didnt even take off my wheel to manually inspect the noise nor did they test drive it when they were done! She went to her boss to tell him and he immediately shut her down in front of me! Told me if I take it to a mechanic and they give their professional opinion on wat could be the problem and that it was caused by the accident, then theyd cover the charge! So I did that! The mechanic said it was the ball joint and it needed to be replaced. He even sent Gerber an estimate and said hed fix it. 4 hours later, Rose called and said " I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but weve accepted the claim, you just gotta pay a 75% betterment fee and well cover the rest". WTF???? HELL NO!!! For all of that, I might as well pay for everything myself! Ridiculous! They never checked to see what the problem was! Never fixed it! Never planned on fixing it! Never cared! I told them I just had that ball joint replaced a year ago and that I shouldnt have to pay a betterment fee, because its a brand new part as well! They told me to bring them paperwork showing I had it replaced and they would cover the whole charge! Why not jus pay for it anyway! Its not like I damaged my car myself! I didnt hit yall driver! He hit me dammit!!!! So over the these ppl tryna get over on me! I jus want my Benz back the same way it was wen I dropped it off! Just repair the dent and scratches! They really deserve zero stars! Ughhhh!!!!

I have Geico insurance. I took my Mercedes to Gerber on Washington Blvd in Laurel, MD for an estimate for body repair work, Friday, 5/17/13. We arrived at approx 5:10 pm. A guy named Gary told us "we close at 5 oclock you didnt know that? And you need an appointment for an estimate. He said i can look at the car and tell you about how much it will cost." I told him that i did not come for a verbal estimate, i came for a written estimate. I did not like his attitude and he didnt seem interested in our business. I have used Gerber in the past and also frequently rent cars from Enterprise car rental which is in the same building. I was not treated like this when I used Gerber the first time. He went on to tell us when we were getting in the car that the parking lot is tricky and very small be careful! He talked down to us and I will never go back there again and will post this review so that others will know. I will inform Geico of this too. I did not receive a verbal or written estimate from Gary. The hours are 8-5:30p I found out later after leaving the shop. I did not know what the hours were when I was there. There were other customers being served when we arrived. Not courteous. It was this guy Gary and the treatment I received that prompted me to post this review. Customer service and the way you make a customer feel can make or break a business.

I had a flawless experience with these guys. They were very transparent about their process and their staff is very nice. They told me they would replace my bumper instead of repairing it, it would take a few days to come in, and once they took off the bumper there might be more to repair. They told me everything before they did any work, and they were very pleasant to work with. I even needed to borrow my car for a day mid-repair, and they were totally fine with that. They handled everything with my insurance company (USAA) so all I did was drop off the car, wait, and pick it up. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

I have now taken my car to Gerber for the third time. The first two times were great. the first time a tree had fallen on the hood and they did a great job fixing it. Then last month the hood latch was defective and the hood flew open and they once again repaired the vehicle to look great. This is the third time there and if they do as well as the first two times I would rate Gerber Collision at the highest level for any auto body repairs. the vehicle looked new and is clean when it comes back out to me.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Ive been trying to get my car fixed for two month, and they refused to take payment from anyone but me. They are rude on the phone, rude in person, and impossible to deal with. My initial estimate was $800, then they said $2,200 a week later "upon further review". Needless to say, Im going somewhere else to get my car fixed.

I had the best customer service experience ever at this place via Eric Gwin. The fix was very minor and was done for FREE! Yes for free! He even refused to take any tips! Other collision shops wantedto rip me off with estimates of 50 to 70 $. Defenitly recommend this place for any body repair...

Took care of my recent repair (was rear-ended, other parties insurance took care of pymt) great work on vehicle following inspection (suburban bumper and rear liftgate replaced.) Very courteous staff, Enterprise connected to facility. Would definitely recommend based on repair result.
