These people are crooks....it all comes down to thr dollar.....Came here once before for repair, and met the regional manager...had an awesome experience, so it was a no brainer to come back after another accident. However, I will never come back after today. I was rear ended over 4 weeks ago. I refused to go to the repair shop that the insurance company suggested because I was confident in calibers work. I came to caliber had an estimate done and while i was there...requested an out of pocket estimate for some cosmetic damage to my door. After receiving the accident estimate, I sent it to the insurance company and it was approved. I called caliber and scheduled an appointment for the repair. The lady at the front desk was being trained so there was a bit of back and forth from someone in her background. I was told that my accident estimate was loaded as a pay out of pocket and held discounts. I ASKED IF I NEEDED TO COME BACK IN AND DO AN INSURANCE ESTIMATE....I WAS TOLD NO! I was scheduled for a repair appointment another week out. Today I showed up to drop off my car and was told that my estimate was for out of pocket. I examined again, that the adjuster made that mistake, but I was assured a week ago that it was fine. Then the manager came out and said that they are swamped, they wont be able to take my car in...i said well why did I receive an appointment to drop off...he apologized and said that they couldnt take the estimate...i said well is it the money or is it that you are swamped? He asked for proof that allstate approved the estimate. I told him I had an approval email. He then said they could transport my car to another location...I told him no! You will not be moving my car around town. Then he goes in the back and disappears....after sitting there for 20 minutes...I stepped outside, called the Collin center I normally use in annapolis, and they said they would take the estimate I have. I went back in...still no manager or the lady at the front in sight..ad if they were hiding from me...I told the trainee at the front to cancel my information that Im going somewhere else
