I had light damage on the front end of my vehicle. Once I dropped the vehicle off I called about a question with the estimate. The estimate was written poorly, leaving items off that were damaged in the accident. I left several messages in hopes of talking to someone, yet received no phone call until the third day after I left the message. Once I was contacted, they decided that my vehicle was not worth their time and to come pick it up to take some where else. Office personnel were rude and cocky. I later found out this is common practice for this shop. Horrible customer service, my car sat for 2 weeks before they decided they were not going to work on it. My vehicle had less than $1500 in damage. Stay away this place is place is bad news. Their are many other shops on route 1 that are friendlier with better service.

I First saw this review page before taking my car to this shop. I was a bit nervous to do so by these reviews on this page. I had to take the chance since its so close to were I live. I get there and Joe Pecoraro helped every way he could to make the experience comfortable as possible. I had some previous damage to the fender and door that I was told would not be covered by the insurance company. When I received the car within time I was told. The previous damage was taken care of. I was upset thinking that they were going to just paint over that spot. I give this place a A++. Im so happy to have brought my car there. They go way out of the way to make sure that there customers are happy.

Excellent work and good customer service. In the past few years we have needed a body shop 3 times,including this month. Work is done correctly and the staff was very helpful with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hope not to need a body shop for a long time,but if we do would definitely return to auto body images. Thanks!

Auto Body Images has worked on 2 of my cars and always do an excellent job. I took advantage of the Geico express program and I got my car back in a little over 1 week. They are very professional and always keep you up to speed on the status of the work being done to your car. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

My rear was all jacked up from a fender bender, but they got it good as new without having to replace my whole bumper. And just a few days!! I thought it was going to be a week. Im so happy to have my car back. The people who took care of me were super helpful.

I have used Auto Body Images since 1990. They have always gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I would rather drive 15 minutes away to use their shop then risk the ever-changing shop up my street.
