I could not have asked for a better experience after my first car accident. From the moment I called, Leo was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. When I decided to use their shop, the process was just effortless, they kept in touch by calling and letting me know the estimate and exactly where the number came from, and I felt like they were completely transparent and honest. The absolute best part of my experience was when I picked up my car, Sary, was so kind. He explained exactly what they had done and it was evident that they had spent a lot of energy and he took pride in the work. I genuinely felt like he was someone who was looking out for me, as a person, not just a paycheck, he really seemed to care about me and their work, not just going through the motions.Thank you Sary Chan! The car itself was amazing-it looked brand new (At least the area that was fixed-haha) I will recommend this shop to anyone that needs work, and although I hope I dont have to bring my car back in soon, I would bring it back in a heartbeat!

True service excellence from Columbia Auto Body. Sary helped me out after an accident left the entire right side of my car banged up. He obviously has a lot of experience with insurance companies, because he was ready for everything they threw at him and made sure I got the most out of my policy. The guy is a class act and the mechanics did a wonderful job on my vehicle (including installing the new tires I ordered -- it was in the shop already, so why not?). Id definitely recommend this place and will certainly be going back should the need arise. Only complaint would be with the speed bumps on the road coming in! Not fun to drive on in a banged-up car!

I would really recommend this auto body for any work that needs to be done to your car. The service is exceptional!!! I had a tree branch fall on my car and obviously did some great damage. I went through the insurance and they gave me an estimate but Sary the manager there handled everything for me with the insurance company. Making sure they paid for all my damage. Also had a rental car lined up for me. I didnt have to make not one phone call to either the insurance nor the car rental. When I got my car back, it looked brand new as if you just bought it straight from the dealer. I am very pleased with the way they handled the situation and my car.

Columbia Auto Body is a recommendation which is very deserving of 5 stars and I will tell you why....Their customer service hands down is outstanding. During my initial visit in March, I spoke with Erfan regarding the issue with my vehicle. Erfan was professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I was given an estimate as well as a temporary fix for my vehicle until I returned for the actual repair. Not only was the service provided reasonably priced, the work was superb. Columbia Auto Body is the best place in the Howard County area for your auto repair needs!!!

I took my car to Columbia Auto Body after an accident. My contact person was Erfan, he was very friendly, professional and informative. The entire process was painless and went very smoothly. I received updates from him several times during two weeks that my car was in the body shop. He was very promptive on responses to my questions. Most importantly they did a great job fixing my car. I really like this body shop. I was on the list of options for a recent accident. The front-office staff/estimates are extremely pleasant to work with. I havent had them have to complete a paint job yet, but based on my repair experience, I believe that they would do a good job/follow-up. I will take my vehicle here after the next accident vs. another shop in the area that wasnt as pleasant to work with.

They were extremely responsive to my needs, allowed me to come in immediately and handled all of the information directly with my adjuster. They made the process go really smoothly!
