I called and arranged to bring my car in that evening. They said to be there by 6:00 and they would do the estimate over the next few days and then begin work on the car as soon as the estimate was done. My husband drove the car in need of repair and I drove our other car due to safety concerns as I had our two children in the back. He went inside and spoke to them and then came back and said we had to call the insurance company and get them to call the shop. I asked why because I had already arranged for the car to be looked at and repaired. He said the two office workers said they wouldn’t be doing any estimates or work anytime soon. My husband explained that I had called in and set this up, etc. They continued to refuse to take the keys, so my husband asked to speak to a manager. The older female told him to ask her whatever he planned on asking the manager because she could tell him what the manager would say. My husband explained that he wanted to speak to someone who wasn’t playing solitaire on the computer while trying to help him. The manager looked at the car and said the car was drivable. I do not know how that can be said about a car when it was not even driven and the insurance company deemed it not drivable. I went in and said that I had spoken to someone earlier that day and arranged to drop off my car so I didn’t understand what the problem was. They asked if I was told to bring it in before 6:00 and I said yes, so they pointed to the clock to show me that it was now 6:05. I explained that my husband had just spent 20 minutes trying to get them to take the car! I again asked what the problem was. The manager said it was drivable and they wouldn’t go over the manager’s head. I explained that I had already spoken to someone earlier that day. The older lady interrupted and said she knew who I was because she overheard the conversation and knew I was coming in. So what was the problem? The older woman kept interrupting me and the younger lady said my husband was rude, to which the older woman added her complaint of him wanting to see the manager. The older lady told me that because I had spoken to someone earlier that day that I had to deal with her even though she wasn’t there. I asked to speak to a manager at that point and they told me he had gone home. The older lady told me to just drop my keys off in the drop box. I asked what that would do since they seemed to be unwilling to look at the car, and she again told me to just drop my keys in the box and everything would work out. I asked if I had an appointment, but she wouldn’t answer. I wouldn’t just leave the car without knowing that they could do the estimate and the work because the insurance company won’t pay for a rental car if no work is done. They couldn’t answer. The younger employee said that all of “this” could have been avoided if I had just come in the shop instead of my husband because he didn’t know what he was talking about. I didn’t go in because I was in the car with my two month and four year old sons and the keys just need to be dropped off. Then the older employee told me to just drop my keys in the drop box and I said I could see why my husband had said they weren’t helpful and I left. Never take your car here. The front office staff is rude and disrespectful. They lack communication skills between each other (the setting up of appointments, etc.) and towards customers. My husband was not rude to them. Asking for a manger is not rude when the employees cannot help you in the way that you need. Playing a game while trying to “help” a customer is rude. Telling a wife that her husband is rude, is rude. Telling someone that it’s “their fault” for not coming in themselves is rude. Interrupting a customer while they speak is rude. The car is fully covered by insurance and I will gladly take my insurance money to another shop to have the work done.

NEVER USE COMPLETE AUTO BODY!!! My experience dealing with Complete Auto Body was the worse vehicle repair nightmare of my entire life! Never take your vehicle to Complete Auto Body. They are the worse repair facility I have every come across. Let me give a synopsis of what I went through with them. On June 1st I stopped by CAB and made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for hail damage repair. I dropped it off on the appointed date, June 14th. I stopped by CAB on July 13th and my vehicle was still sitting out back gathering dust and it had not been touched. They finally started working on my vehicle on July 28th. A full month and a half after I dropped it off for the so-called ‘appointment’. From this point on I received the ‘run around’ every time I called or stopped by CAB. I was told that my vehicle would be ready on multiple dates and each time it was not ready and I never received a phone call. I kept getting told the same old story of it’ll be ready next week. I finally got it back on Aug 18th and when I picked it up, there were still items from my original work order that had not been repaired. Additionally, CAB had damaged my interior in several places during the original exterior repairs. The CAB service person promised me that they would replace the damaged pieces and after multiple return trips my vehicle was finally repaired completely on October 21st!!!!! I had to continue to call and drop by CAB for the entire summer trying to get the repairs completed. I have it all documented and I’ll be happy to email the entire 5 page drama to anyone who cares to know the rest of the story. The bottom line is this: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO COMPLETE AUTO BODY!!!!!! They run a totally incompetent operation!!!!!

DO NOT USE COMPLETE AUTO BODY!!! I took my car in on 2 May 14. I was given a rough time frame of 14 days. Yes it was a guess but just like anything you do for a long time you become proficient in it you would think...40 days later 12 Jul 14 I got my car back. Let me return to the process of the car. the first two week were disassembling the car. then it was three week of aligning everything. then a week of excuses. My insurance company would only cover 30 days of my rental car. so I ended up paying 380 buck out of pocket for an accident that wasnt my fault...Liberty Mutual sucks! Yes I got a lot of calls about my car but it was always the same. "Jason your car is starting to look really good, still just taking it apart. Jason your car looks really good just aligning everything up." I know places that can restore a car in 30 days. to fix the back end of a car should not take 40 days. It took them 2 days to clean my car and I could still see shaving of something all in my trunk. The sticky part of the stickers on the new parts were still there. They didnt even call me when the car was finish. I was driving by and saw my car outside. So I called them and asked if I could pick it up. You would think they would call me once it was done. An excuse of we were busy wouldnt have worked because when I drove by there was NOBODY there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE AUTO BODY to anybody. Yes the end product was good but not worth the stress and time. Costumer service was by far the worst.
