Granted the customer service is admirable the overall work ethic is upsetting. I turned my car in and hadnt received any updates or a time frame in which my car would be ready for up to 5 days. I finally called to check on the situation and apparently my car hadnt even been looked at because the mechanic was out of town for a family emergency. So my car wouldnt be ready for almost 3 weeks since he was so behind. As apologetic as the staff was I was understanding and know that sometimes things happen but, it still is an inconvenience to have to pay for a rental for that long and annoying to not have been told this at the time of drop off so Id be able rearrange options. Also why is there only one person doing this? Then I call around 3 the day before my car is supposed to be ready to check and see if itd be available for pickup in the morning. NOPE! because they tried using recycled headlights my insurance company would not approve of they had to order new ones and wouldnt know exactly what time those would be in but it wouldnt until at least after 430 and they close at 6. Another inconvenience, another day using the rental due to work hours, and I had to make the effort to reach out yet again.

I was involved in a pretty bad accident during the latter part of 2009. I took my car to Mikes. They did an excellent job repairing the car. I was a little nervous about picking a good body shop since I had heard a number of horror stories about how many auto body shops have a difficult time matching paints and finding parts. This was not the case at Mikes the staff is friendly and courteous and answered any questions that I had and made me feel at ease with the whole repair process. I also liked that they could get you a rental car at the shop and that I could fill out all the paperwork there. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and when all my friends and family see it now they cant believe that it was ever in an accident. When a friend of mine had damage to her car after hitting a fox, I recommended that she take her car to Mikes.

The best auto body shop around they have A1 service and also updates on your vehicle I even got my car back 13 days before it was estimated to b repaired great customer service and the best overall experience u can get thank god I chose to come here and not where GEICO tried to make me go if u want the best service king is it
