I must say that I have never been in a repair shop where everything is well coordinated, communicated and done so precisely and professionally. My experience from the front desk welcoming receptionist Joanna, to my insurance company’s rep. Chris Van, to the expert mechanic Skip Musselman all the way to the manager Gary Best was perfect, they are very skillful, well concerned about my car and the matter, as well as timely. They went above and beyond to satisfy and correct the necessary changes on my Infinity and now it’s back and rolling on point. It is by far the best body-shop I’ve experienced. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIR.

Incompetent liars from the receptionist to the manager. Took more than twice as long to repair my car as originally estimated because they repeatedly lost and/or damaged parts. No communication what so ever and when you finally manage to get someone on the phone they lie to you. And when you finally get you car back, parts will be falling off because they are just that incompetent.

The customer service is great in person. The communication over the phone with the receptionist gets a little sketchy when trying to connect with a manager. However I will say that they explain in detail all of the services rendered and the office hours are convenient. They even have bags of popcorn and beverages in the waiting area

Made an appointment, showed up, and waited. Then I was taken outside with the rep. to take pictures of the damages to my car. 5 days later I get a call from caliber collisions ASKING ME if I ever came in for my appointment because they did not have any photos, etc. needed to move forward. How incompetent!
