I definitely cannot recommend this body shop after the experience I had. I was hit on Feb 15, 2014. Since the other drivers insurance (USAA) was covering the damage to my vehicle, Gary Grays was the shop they recommended and who I decided to go with. After waiting almost a week for an estimate appointment, I was told that they couldnt get my vehicle in until March 31st! When I voiced my concern about the amount of time, the associate simply shrugged and said, "It is what it is." When March 31st (a Monday) arrived, I dropped off my vehicle and was told (by the same service associate who performed the estimate) that as soon as they got my vehicle taken apart he would personally call me no later than Wednesday to give me a status report on how long it would take to fix. I never received a call, so on Friday afternoon (April 4th) I called just to check the status myself, and I was told my vehicle was already in the cleaning bay. When I again voiced my concern that no one had let me know that my vehicle would be ready for pickup that day, I was told that they would call me as soon as it was cleaned, reinspected and ready for pickup. 3 hours later, I STILL had not received a call, so I called THEM yet again, and was told that my vehicle had been done for hours! Not once did Gary Grays shop ever call me like they said that they would. To make matters SO much worse, when I picked up my vehicle, they hadnt even fixed all of the issues that occurred during the accident! When they other driver hit my vehicle, it knocked loose the entertainment console in the interior. Although the service member notated it on the original estimate back in February, the shop never even fixed it! And when I brought it to his attention, he seriously simply told me that since my vehicle was still under warranty, I should just take it to the dealership and have them fix it, but its ok because since he had originally noted it on the estimate, that I wouldnt have to pay for the damage to get fixed! I have never been more dissatisfied, not only from the poor customer service I received at every step of the way, but ultimately in the fact that Gary Grays didnt even completely fix my vehicle! I would never, ever recommend this shop. Absolutely unprofessional.

Gary Grays Bodyworks auto body business is top-notch. The staff are professional. The auto body work is outstanding. The staff do all they can to accommodate their customers by estimating and explaining the work, arranging for rental car agencies to pick-up customers, and coordinating customers claims with insurance companies. Their auto body specialist do excellent work and I trust only Gary Grays Bodyworks company to work on all of my vehicles when damaged by weather or accidents. Ive trusted Gary Grays Bodyworks for over 5 years and highly recommend them to anyone living in the vicinity of White Plains, MD.

Ive been to Garys three times. Th first two were satisfying. As far as the third visit, the job was to replace the driver side headlamp unit. They got the job done but they did it with a different model of the headlight unit than was originally on the car. My experience would of been better if they had gotten the EXACT same model version of what was original so it could match the passenger headlight unit. Other than that, the job was taken care of

I hit a deer with my Firebird, and they did the repair work. They did a good job and did not waste any time from what I can tell. The staff are great as well. In addition, a part they installed turned out to be defective over time, and they replaced and installed it with absolutely no hassle to me.

I have used Gary Grays Bodyshop before in the past and needed to take my 2013 Toyota Tundra in for a new bumper . I experienced a very courteous and friendly staff . My vehicle was ready when promised and the work was top notch . Thank You Gary Gray for making my vehicle look like new again .

Had a little fender bender which took out the right side of my vehicle. My car went in looking like a hot mess and came out with a hot new body. Its a fairly new car and you couldnt tell there was ever any damage :)
