i absolutely hate this place. i ended up there after the GEICO people suggested i go to one of their locations instead of my dealer, for my 2004 mini cooper. boy was that a bad idea. i went in for some repairs on a broken driver side window, and some cosmetic damage from the break-in. i had actually had the window repaired at safelite already, but they told me (and showed me) that i had some internal door damage. this was december 30 2008. it is now april 6 2009 and the issue is still not cleared up. the GIECO rep, moiria, is quite frankly incompetent. during the initial assessment of the car, i mentioned some broken parts inside my door. and described them. repeatedly, so she wouldnt forget. she forgot. she also forgot to replace some window trim. and when my car was at the garage, my shifter knob was damaged. after i got my car back the first time... the door could not be opened from the inside! i mean, they hadnt even replaced the parts inside the door, but they managed to screw it up. they also did a sloppy job installing my A-frame trim pieces. if you have a coop, or have seen one, this is the vertical plastic piece between the windshield and the side window. they never call you. i was told multiple times that theyd "call when the parts came in". then id go for a week or so hearing nothing. id call back and theyd say "oh yeah the PART is here, come in". id ask if they had all THREE parts. and then of course after being on hold for a few minutes, it became. "oh. uh. well call you when the parts come in..." then id wait a few more weeks. im a grad student, near the end of my dissertation. i dont have time to sleep let alone think about chasing after someone to do their job correctly. so then id get a call asking why id never come in. then id tell them i never received my call. then theyd tell me i did. like i WANT to be driving around in a car that needs to be repaired but just chose not to? i called to bring my car in last friday, to have the last three parts installed. they said itd take a half hour, but they were busy so could i come in on monday. i brought the car in at 10am, and all of a sudden now its "a couple hours". now, its 5pm, and i havent heard anything yet. im about to call them. but im not optimistic. EDIT: no good. i got the car back but guess what? the window doesnt go down all the way. yeah, thats right. they screwed it up AGAIN. id recommend staying away from this place, much like the plague.

I love this place. I first went there due to an auto accident. The Geico rep there was very nice and assisted me thru the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. Not only that the entire staff from front desk to auto techs were awesome and always friendly. I was so please, I referred my dad there when he had his accident and he was also impressed and please with their service and great attitude. I continued to take my vehicle there for other services, my vehicle was done when Im told it will be done and a complete breakdown of everything I needed is given to me before and after. and I am welcomed with great service everytime! Mikey is the manager there and he is the most kind, humble human being ever!! He is a great leader and its no wonder he has such a great staff. I will always continue to take my vehicles there and I recommend this location to everyone. If you want great service and you want to feel like your money is well spent. You should definately go here.

My experience was awesome and I really appreciate their persistence to follow up in ensuring that my vehicle was in perfect condition and available to address any concerns. To add, love the fact that they had an Enterprise svc rep, Mr. Shegun there on the spot to have my rental waiting for me. Team Mike!

Had a small issue with the car not being ready when it was supposed to be due to an error on their part BUT I will say that they owned up to it and then even came in outside of their normal business hours to fix the car and get it back to me s soon as possible. Thanks to Mike there.

would love to SUE the place if given time and patience. one headlight was out upon picking up, then the whole bumper almost came off. I was lucky these did not happen on highway! went back and kindly ask them to redo the work, they refuse of their responsibility.
