Even with the trauma of the previous days accident, I still was able to notice that these guys have great customer service. Maybe because I was being expected, I didnt spend up to 7 minutes at the shop. While one of the staff was on the phone, attempting unsuccessfully to speak to someone at the car rental company on my behalf, another staff who introduced herself as Dorothy emerged from the inner office to give me a ride to the car rental office. The whole process was seamless. It was a great experience. They also did a great job on my Sienna. I would recommend these guys any day.

These are pretty good folks that do nice work. I was rear-ended by a school bus, and could have probably ended up with a totaled car, which would have really stunk since it was in good shape before the accident. They worked with me to find some good used parts that kept the repair cost below the total loss threshold, and Ill always be thankful for that.

The front desk is very helpful and the mechanics are very thorough in getting all of your questions answered about your vehicle.
