Marlow auto body was suggested to me by my insurance company after my accident. I agreed to take my car to Marlow for repairs because I was not from the area and trusted me insurance company recommendation. My overall experience with Marlow auto body shop was extremely frustrating and stress filled. The "professionals" at Marlow were extremely rude and had poor communication skills. The entire process last about 6 weeks. Initially, I was informed that my car would be ready in 4 weeks. However, the timeline changed because the "professionals" at Marlow auto body shop didnt perform a full assessment of thework they performed on my car until the day I was supposed to pick it up. As a side note, I live 3 hours away and took time off work to pick up my car when they cancelled at the last minute. During the time that my car was at Marlow auto body shop, I received little to no updates regarding the progress of my repairs. They made it seem as if I was harassing them when I called for updates. Over the 6 weeks period Marlow only initiated contact 2 or 3 times. Any update I received was because I called them. In the end they did try to make amends for the poor service they provided to me. I appreciate their efforts. I would strongly NOT recommend Marlow Auto body for any repairs. They are rude and had terrible communication skills. They are not "professional" at all. If I could give them a zero, I would.

If you ever need to find a reputable body shop ... this is the place you want working on your vehicle. They did BEYOND EXCELLENT work on my car and I am so thrilled with the results!! The employees there are friendly and keep you posted on the status of the repairs throughout the entire process. Their shop is impressive, clean and you can tell they want you to be comfortable and have an all-around pleasant experience. My Volvo XC90 looks brand new!!! The quality of work they do there is OUTSTANDING. I was also impressed with their honesty and integrity. Any small, personal items they found while doing some interior repairs were safely tucked away in the pocket of my drivers side door. That spoke volumes to me and meant a lot. There is also an efficient rental car company right on the premises which makes life so much easier. Thank you Marlow Auto Body for taking such great care of my vehicle and for making this stressful situation totally stress-free for me! My rating for your services is OFF THE CHARTS!!! ( ** Id also like to add that they are a body shop and do not do brake repairs, so the previous negative comment is a bad joke and very misleading. If youre going to post negative comments on here ... at least keep it real people! ** )

About a month ago I was T-boned, and the accident did a *lot* of damage to the suspension, as well as quite a bit of body damage. On top of that, a tow company damaged the other side! I had two claims through two different insurance companies, but Marlow handled them both wonderfully! Both Mr. Hasan as well as Ms. Carolyn worked with me and kept me up to speed on the repairs. After a total overhaul of my suspension and quite a bit of paint and body work, I got my car back today! It looks fantastic, handles just as wonderfully as before, and on top of that, they even moved the clutter I had in my seats and gave the inside of my car a really thorough cleaning! It looks fabulous! I could not be happier with all of Marlow Auto Body. From the smiling customer service at the front desk, to the shop managers keeping me informed, and the workers in the back, it was a fantastic experience through and through. If I ever need any more work done, Im definitely bringing it back here, and Ive told my family and friends how great it was too! Thank you all!

My first experience with Marlow Auto went well so when I needed body work done on another car, they were my first choice. Unfortunately, this time my experience wasnt as great. The work performed was fine, but somehow the cord for my back light came detached during the process. When I returned to inform them of my problem, they were not helpful at all. They didnt even offer to check. So, I had to pay someone to see what the issue was. And, come to find out that when they replaced the bumper cover somehow the cord was detached. This is a case of not accepting responsibility for your mistake. They only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the work performed was acceptable, but due to the horrible customer service that I received I wont be back.

I took my car to this location when I was in a fender bender and all of the staff there were very helpful. At this time Id also like to give some honorable mention to 2 of the staff who looked out for me over the holidays. And with that said these shout outs go to Stephanie and Tanika. You guys made sure I understood the paperwork I went over with you and were very patient with me while I was away during the holidays. These two are outstanding representatives for this company and I believe that deserves some praise at the very least. Once again thank you two so much for all that you do, and I wish you and the rest of your crew the best in all your endeavors!

Now I do not believe in bashing but I had work done to my 2011 Nissan Sentra there when I picked up my car everything "looked" fine. Until I return home to do a full search and boy was I surprised. The work they said they did wasnt done, My bumper was suppose to be replaced instead they just keep the same bumper on and repainted it. The placement of the bumper is horrible, it is off tracked and has gaps, Off to my trunk which is as well off centered with gaps. Now I know me being a female had something to do with the fact that they chose to do a horrible job.

Took my 2008 Nissan maxima in for a fender repair the quality of work is outstanding! Marlow Auto made sure that I “the customer “was completely satisfied when returning my vehicle. While making the repair to my vehicle the door panel had to come off I am assuming while disassembling door a piece of the molding was damage it was such a small blemish, but Marlow Auto body replaced it and that along sold me on their customer services and quality of work which they stand behind! Need a body repair please consider Marlow Auto Body!

Completely unprofessional they have the worst front office staff. Had the worst experience ever. After picking my car up I noticed that the seatbelt was missing from the back seat. Apparently they had to go through the seat. So I called because they warranty their work, to have my seatbelt pulled from the back. The receptionist had a nerve to ask me why I didnt pull it from the back?? Like really? Did I pay to be told to fix the problem myself?? I would never refer anyone to this place for repairs.

Called to get an estimate on a window replacement and was told they only do estimates in person. I live about 30-40 minutes away. It wouldnt make any sense to drive all the way there to possible get a price thats more than other locations. ILL PASS
