My car was broadsided by a flatbed truck on 9/10/2013 causing significant damage to the left door and side panel. That same day, my car was towed to G and R. It did not take long for the estimate. However, the initial estimated date of completion was 9/21/2013; very reasonable. This date was pushed back no less than 6 times due to "issues with the supplier" and several "backups in the paint shop." Not only did they repeatedly fail to meet their continually changing date of completion, they NOT ONCE called me to tell me that there was going to be a delay. I always had to call them on each estimated date of completion to see if it was actually going to be ready. After 33 days, I finally got my car back. I noticed that the "airbag error" light was on and brought my car back to G and R. G and R said that their scanner was not updated enough to diagnose my car and that I would need to take it somewhere else. I had already paid them my deductible and my insurance company had already reimbursed them... and they were saying that they could not complete the job because their technology was outdated. I took my car to the local VW dealership and it was discovered that G and R had failed to reconnect the airbag and had done an extraordinarily poor job with the repairs. My VW dealership was able to COMPLETE the job that G and R failed to complete, despite requiring 33 days. Perhaps this was an isolated incident and perhaps they typically do great work. However, my experience was negative enough to compel me to write a review on here with the intent that others may be aware of the terrible experience I had with G and R. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend G and R to anyone. I would have tolerated not having my car for 33 days had the job been completed properly. But it was FAR from completed. Absolutely atrocious service and work.

Employee name Junior work there is racist . He will make some other damage to you car。 The owner of the shop is a small gay said nothing he cant do fix the problem. Dont trust them with you vehicles. If you dont have choice please take pictures and put it on writing .
