They are great! I was in and out when I dropped my car off, and just got it back within minutes. No wait time. They send text updates as well as call and discuss the progress. They also clean and vacuum your car! I love that I could leave my clean rental and step into my clean car! I was sent to this shop after someone hit the back of my car. Car looks like new! They have a very friendly front desk person who I didnt even have to let her know which car I had. She remembered my face (and my very complicated last name) and printed out all of my paperwork without me saying anything other than hello. Im very happy!

Nice work, good people, no hassle at all, in and out. They took me on a tour of their facility and told me how my car would be fixed which gave me confidence they would do a good job repairing my Honda and they did. Wasnt sure they could match the red paint but they did and now I am the only one who knows my teenage damaged the side of the car. Hes not driving my car again but at least I know where I can get my car fixed if something like this happens again.

My insurance company sent an assignment to have my car repaired to Pohanka Collision Center in Capitol Heights. When I called to make the appointment, Pohanka had no record of my claim. I had to ask my insurance company to resubmit the information. I called Pohanka and made an appointment for Monday, February 9th. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. These people do not deserve to be in business.

While the staff is nice I have had to take my car back to them 10. Yes 10 times for repairs that shouldve been taken car of the first time. I sent my car to Pohanka and the sent it to the body shop for repairs. Now today Im about to take my car back up there for another problem.

I am very satisfied with the Pohanka Collision Center in Capitol Heights. They fixed my Honda Accord more quickly than I was expecting and it looks better than before my unfortunate accident. I would highly recommend them.

I was delayed 3 times, staffs werent rude but didnt seem to care either. My car was delivered with part of the bumper not fully installed! It was a quick fix but why would you hand someone key like that?
