I wish there were a website so I could learn more about this place, but what I saw today when the center visited Storyville at Rosedale was infuriating. I was there with my children, 6 months, 3 and 4, when a large group came from this childcare center. There were too many children for the number of teachers, The librarian asked how old the children were and when some said 6 the teacher said, no, theyre 5. The librarian told the teacher that Storyville was for children who were babies to 5 and even though some of the children said they were in first grade the teacher said they were not. The librarian was not able to do anything about it, though clearly some of the children were older.Only one teacher went in with 6 or 7 children. These children were running around like it was a school playground. They pulled all the things off the wall in the construction area and made a mess in the house. They were jumping off the ladder of the loft and hitting each other with pillows. They would not listen to the library staff. This is not the kind of daycare I would want for my child and I hope people who are looking for daycare will see this.

Over priced, $200/week does not include any food, milk or snacks. The place smells, especially in the infants room in the back, smells like spoiled milk badly. I have seen them yelling at kids, kids hitting eachother. Within 3 weeks of my child being there, she got in the first 2 days, hit in the head with a lump and bruise, cried everytime I dropped her off, her father picked her up on day she was sitting in a seat hysterical and no one was paying her any mind. They dont help you when you get there, you have to put the childs food and all away yourself. I have to bring her daily utensils, bottles and sippy cup, which they dont even wash out, so at night it stinks like spoiled milk. Then when I wanted to move her out of there they gave me the run around about signing her to leave the daycare, and I wound up just writing a letter of termination 3 days later and then they wouldnt take that as the first week of termination they made me pay for the next 2 weeks!! and she wasnt even going to be there!!

The worst daycare ever!!!! Staff is very welcoming until you enroll and then they barely speak. They are over priced and very unprofessional. God forbid you run into a moment when you are late then they charge you $100 on top of their already over priced fee. While trying to settle the situation with one of the employees a lady is screaming in the back ground that she doesnt have to talk to me and then hangs up the phone!!!

My son has been attending this center since he was 6 weeks old. My son loves Milestones and all of his teachers. We are now moving to a new county however I would consider driving a hour just so he could remain their with the teachers and students he loves.

The staff works really well with a lot of the children there! A very nurturing environment.
