I learned about Conquest from a friend whod taken their women-only Fight Fit class. I brought a friend with me and we were hooked from the first minute. The classes are taught by MMA fighters and they are motivational and keep things interesting, never teaching the same thing for months on end like in regular gym style classes. As a female, I thought Id be intimidated, but everyone is very welcoming and not intimidating at all. The environment is supportive, and everyone is friendly, supportive, encouraging and welcoming. I talk about this place every chance I get and would highly recommend it to EVERYONE.

This is a fantastic school. The instructors are top notch, very humble, and always put student safety first. In addition to the amazing instruction, the staff are very open and honest about their prices, which are competitive for this area. I have been to other schools where signing up feels more like buying a used car and no one will tell you how much everything really costs. If you are looking for a place to seriously train BJJ, get in shape, have fun (or all three), you owe it to yourself to put Conquest BJJ on your list of potential schools.

Conquest is an amazing place to train. The school offers classes for every experience level. The instructors are technical and work closely with the students to provide a level of training that is hard to beat. Unlike most schools in the area, Conquest has a welcoming environment that makes everyone feel comfortable. No one there is trying to hurt you because you are new to class, they are all trying to work together to improve their skills.

I have been training there in Bjj for a little over a year now and besides the fact that we have one of the best black belts on the east coast (Vicente Junior), the schools training atmosphere is excellent!.
