Front desk associate was very friendly - until I told her I was there to cancel my membership! Then she kept telling me to wait while she "took care of something else" and then helped a guy that came behind to buy something. Finally, she got back to me after several minutes of me just standing around waiting. She took my cancellation personally, when really I was leaving because I joined a gym with my family.

I tried to cancel my membership because I havent been to this gym in months. I either have to come in, or send a LETTER THROUGH SNAIL MAIL! Unbelievable. They wont accept an electronic signature, although 98% of America, including the US Government. Will have to either get on a plane, or send a Fed EX, as they would be able to say they never got the letter.

Live super close and love this gym. All of the staff is very friendly and they keep the gym very clean. Even when its crowded, theres plenty of equipment to use. Also, theres never many machines out-of-order, and when they are, it isnt for long. Highly recommended.

I stopped by a couple times for lunch breaks but didnt commit to membership but sometimes it just fits my schedule if I get home late and cant make it to my gym. The drop in rate is pretty expensive though.

This place is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. Busy at times you would expect but waits for certain machines are not long. Member benefits are great too!
