The worst mailing service in the county. Living on Edgewater Rd, I thought mail man supposed to deliver the mail at any means. I have this older mail man that been on his job way to long that when he deliver the mail he do even get out of his truck. The way our house is that we have to park in front of our house. With enough room for the mail man to pull up and get out and put our mail in the box. But he is so lazy to get out ,he will put the work on our mail saying that the mail box is block. It will only take him about 2 seconds to get out of his truck and put the mail in the box. But he dont he just drive away. I am tied of this unprofessional mail service, I am waiting on my checks or something I have been waiting for. But what I get is a empty box or the next day when we are at work and come home we will get the mail we should have gotten yesterday. And on the latter it will say your mail box was blocked. There was some days that I watch him pull up with nothing blocking the box, and he just kept driving and not delivering the mail. Enough is enough. Someone need to do something.

I saw negative reviews so thought I would add my two cents. I have lived in Pasadena for more than 30 years. The post office in Pasadena is excellent. The staff is efficient and friendly. The inside is neat and clean. Mail is delivered to my house efficiently. I am heading there today to mail some eclipse glasses to my son who lives on the other side of the country and it will cost me $5. What a deal. No complaints from me. Rain, sleet, or snow...

Today marks the second time that Ive been expecting a package from them. Ive been home all day. No one attempted to deliver the package. No door tag was left. If I could change my regular mail to come through FedEx or UPS, I would. Clearly the USPS is too old of a system to keep up and needs to be done away with. This office is proof of that.

You do not scan receiving packages and you do not read pre printed labels. I received a package from your office. Lady paid for Medium Flat Rate but the box was from Target huge. You are costing us money!

While I realize no one there wants to awnser the phone and be helpful...how about not listing a number that rings to your fax machine?
