The customer service was really great. I went to Office Depot to print out a glossy-finish poster of my book cover that I needed in 4 hours. I heard that it usually took 3-4 hours for work like that to get done. I told them my dilemma and that I needed the poster before 6 pm. Not only did they offer to have it ready earlier, the poster came out looking really nice too! That was my first time ever printing out digital pictures. The photo quality was true to its original and it was affordable. Trust the customer service, and the store itself is also pretty organized.

Went through the whole process of trying to order invites for a wedding shower and after 15 minutes they tell me the resolution is too low. No one over the phone mentioned this. I can print it on my own, but thought it would take some of the pressure off of me for them to do it. Wrong. And their prices have gone up much too much for a paper/back to school store. Try amazon instead.

Staff member was very helpful and patient with me selecting what preferences that I wanted when designing obituary of loved one. Location isnt that close but I would come back again if I need to or refer someone to this store.

I called and asked if they had any W-3 Forms and the lady said "yes, we have a few left". I get to the store and guy helping me said they never did have the W-3 Forms. Poor Service!
