I remember coming into this shop looking for a job a few years back. I have had 4 years experience in this field and i went to a vocational school for this very industry. The shop seemed a little cramped and it seemed that the owner was just by himself. I will say he seemed to be a rather nice fellow. If you want to turn out multiple high volume quality orders though you need a bit more help and you need almost a team of dedicated individuals for that. I would say this place has a lot of potential if you can get the right team. Now i read some customers complaining about quality. You will have to understand that sometimes things happen in this industry that is out of your control. Now the lady with the big piece of art she wanted duplicated she should have scanned it into the computer and sent it as a file (we live in the computer age after all). Who ever is running the face time with the customers though needs to develop some professionalism. Do customers get moody, yes but being argumentative at the shop or even here where i have read some comments will NOT get you return business . The name of the game is to be as polite as possible and do what is right by the customers. Even if it affects your bottom line sometimes thats just the nature of business. In short patience is the key. Now i will not writ off this place because honestly small shops tend to get better quality than the big box business and can be more accommodating and personable. I have always stated that quantity is important but quality stands out more!

Wouldn’t recommend supporting this local business at all! Poor quality and HORRIBLE customer service. Owner failed to produce the product that was ordered and then yelled at me for asking him to change it, because it wasn’t anything like what we originally discussed. When I said that is my right as a customer, he screamed back, “you have no rights!” He was verbally aggressive (used derogative laguage) and threatened to physically assault me, twice. He actually drew his fist back at me and told me he would hit me in the face! And on top of all that, threatened to take legal action against me. Could have done a better job myself and saved myself the hassle of dealing with an owner that thinks its acceptable to treat customers like this. Don’t waste your money or time.

Took a piece of original art there to have it reproduced, and the guy put a HUGE crease right down the center of it at some point. Completely ruined it. Over 100 hours into a piece of art, just to have some hack destroy it. If they cant do art, they shouldnt have taken the job. Horrible. The copy he made looked awful as well, so I dont even have that. *Edit to the owners response- My husband brought the work in...he doesnt have a google account, so I wrote the review, so you wouldnt recognize me! I am the one who has helped him try to get the crease out of the vellum, to no avail. I have to listen to him in agony over this piece of art that is ruined. So yeah, I wrote it.

Called to make sure he made vinyl decals, he assured me he did (keep in mind I just wanted to tell him what I wanted). He asked me if he knew me (not sure why that would matter...) and said "why do you need it right now?" I did not need it right now. I asked a simple question and was looking for a simple answer. VERY RUDE, then proceeded to tell me I wont find anywhere else that can do it for me today either, as Im on my way to another place with 0 negative reviews.

Argumentative and rude. I called to get a very simple job printed. He was mean and not professional, didnt sound like someone who wanted my business. Then when I told him I would email the file instead of bring it in on a CD drive, it would be double the cost for "downloading" it. These people are stuck in prehistoric times. Dont waste your time unless you feel like getting in an argument for a simple print job, no thanks!

After being late in printing a job for me, I called to see if the job was complete. I was told the owner was "Having a day from hell" When the job was not being printed at the quality I expected I was told I was "acting like a spoiled brat." As I metioned I was a customer and should be treated as such the owner hung up on me. Far from great costumer service not to metion I could have done a better job myself.

Worst transaction in my life. Ownership has had to of changed hands as this place was horrible! The print quality was terrible, and the owner was foul and verbally abusive. This place wont be around for long, and if they sell out, new owners will have to change the name and really have some advertising to do as there wont be any returning customers.

I had first stopped at the Staples printing center. They couldnt fulfill my order to stopped at the Inkspot. He did a wonderful job and was so helpful and patient. I LOVE everything I ordered. I definitely recommend him and will be coming back... Oh and he was cheaper than Staples.
