My first trip to Plant Fitness was EXCEPTIONAL!! Morgan conducted a very thorough tour of the facilities and explained the various plans available. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had the opportunity to meet Quentin and was very impressed with his interest in my goals and ambitions. He is very well versed in fitness training, is easy to talk with, and I honestly feel that he is sincere and will be dedicated in helping me to successfully reach my goals and benefit from my new gym membership. I was so impressed with the gym and the staff, I left immediately and went home to get my checkbook to ensure that I made Quentins next class!! After the class, I went to finalize my new membership....only to also have the pleasure of being assisted by Drew. He was thorough with my registration, explained the policies and finance allocations to expect....and then had me select a gym bag! After being not only super wowed with the staff and gym, I had to treat myself to a chair massage. Already looking forward to my next gym experience with confidence. There is no doubt in my mind that I am n good hands. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

I love the place. I have used the facility at different times and I dont recall waiting for any machine. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish you had ceiling fans in the massage rooms. You want to relax after a workout but due to the heat factor, you really cannot enjoy the massage. The only reason I have given them a 4 star is because the massage rooms/hydromassage bed area being excessively hot. The light dimmer is excellent but please add a ceiling fan or some kind of airflow device to enjoy the relaxation to the fullest.

The hours are great, the facrlt you can go almost any time is a bonus. The staff are great, they will show you how to use any of the equipment. Aleo, they have free work out classes and if you want to talk to someone about creating a work out for yourself there are many times during the week you can do this. This is one of the best gyms I am a member of. They do get crowded at times a because my daughter and I go together sometimes we arent able to work out together. But we seem to make it work everytime.

Pf is definitely one of the best gyms I have been to. The staff is always courteous and willing to stop what they are doing to make sure everyone is satisfied and knows how to use the equipment. I started a work out plan with Greg and although he does not personally work with me one on one he always checks in and answers any questions I have. I also take his 30 minute circuit and Yesss it is death but well worth it. Well worth it and I am seeing results.

I am very pleased with the facility and support I have received as a member of Planet Fitness. I am in my seventies and do not work out three times a week like I used to do and as I would like to do now. Nevertheless, I like the convenience of the facility being open and available to me whenever I go there. The young attendants are most courteous and encouraging.

I love this location the atmosphere is great and clean!!! I have to key in on the trainer Quentin hes awesome he has push me when I wanted to give up and it has made me so much stronger. Even when its a lot of us he goes out his way to make sure everyone is included and not missing a beat. Ive seen plenty of trainers and hes one of the best. VernitaH

Im a black card member with Golden Ring as my home base and simply love that location. They always greet me when I arrive and wish me well when I leave. They are always keeping environment clean. Riesterstwn on the other hand has a friendly staff but not nearly as personable. The bathrooms by far are the best though.

This place is good for the price range. You can definitely get in a full body workout, but dont come in expecting LA Fitness. I just wish they had a few other features that I have seen at other, bigger, seemingly more established plant fitness locations. Give me that and this place would be amazing

I always had a membership planet fitness and recently upgraded to the Black card. WOW!!! Quintion the trainer is amazing. I never went before now Im signing up for two classes a day and going at least 3 times a week. Im seeing results and all for $20. WOW

This place has major security/crime issues. Locks on lockers are getting broken off by criminals left and right. There were three broken off just yesterday and three wallets stolen.

Best locker room setup. One of the best black card setups- but,man. It is SO tiny! Everything/everyone right up under each other. Missing a lot of equipment. Darkest gym on earth...
