I had no idea exactly how many variables went into having a new roof installed. So many shingle types, ice shield, synthetic felt, ridge caps – almost overwhelming, and thats before starting the discussion on how to handle the skylights. Well, Landmark Roofing and owner Artie Hendricks and made everything easy to understand and walked me step-by-step through the entire process. I searched for several months looking for the right company to install my new roof, but quickly gained confidence that Landmark was the right company for me. Artie even told me where I could go watch his company in action installing a roof that same day – two houses, a couple doors apart, just a mile from his HQ. Beyond their superior knowledge and ability to explain the installation process, Landmark was fully certified on all components of the roofing material and my skylights, allowing for a 50 year warranty – essentially guaranteeing that this is the last time Ill have to spend money on my roof. Even more, Landmarks pricing was beyond competitive will all other companies I talked with. They even through in six free sheets of plywood if there was any damage existing on my roof – which would have cost me $50-60 at other companies. The Landmark crew showed up promptly at 7 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Artie, himself, even spend most of the day up on the roof himself, inspecting each step along the way & personally ensuring the skylights went in correctly. When everything was done, the entire crew ensured that there was not so much as one roofing nail or piece of felt paper left on site. And the cherry on top – Landmark threw in a free powerwash to the whole house upon completion – a real nice touch, making me feel like I now have the newest, nicest, house on the block. Great experience, from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone considering a new roof.

I heard about Landmark Roofing from an ad on the "Fan " radio station offering specials. Well, they proved to be everything and more. First ,I was given the most warm and wonderful greeting by LaTanya . She is the Assistant Extraordinaire who directs all of the scheduling, gives a synopsis of the company , has all pertinent resource information as well as extolling its professionalism. In a day or so, Matt was the smiling face at my door. He looked at my roof, measured, showed me samples , gave recommendations based on my yard environment and explained all of my options for financing. On the day of the install, Shannon got here very early, let me know what to expect and that the installation would be done by the end of the day. The crew was very polite and worked steadily. Like clockwork, they were done before the end of the day and cleaned up completely . Shannon even checked around the entire house for nails using a magnet. Also, I spoke with Rob, one of the owners who was personable and knowledgeable as well. Everyone at Landmark is amazing and made the process seamless, easy and comfortable from start to finish. My new roof is beautiful and Im so glad that I heard the Fan Ad . I recommend them highly!!!

The entire experience from the response to my initial inquiry, the sales call by Rob, the bid proposal - which was highly competitive, the coordination prior to materials arriving, setup, crew arriving on time and working non-stop, cleanup, and follow-up was outstanding! Artie (one of the owners) made sure that everything was setup and completed properly as was onsite multiple times during the day and thereafter. Having someone that is local to the area and provides services for our local communities was very important to me. Landmark Roofing is a locally owned company that understands and lives by the philosophy "customer satisfaction". I got three quotes for my roof, with theirs in the middle. I contacted them to negotiate a lower price, prepared to make concessions on the quality of the materials to be used to fairly allow them to quote a price competitive with the specifications of the lowest quote. They met the lower price, but WOULD NOT compromise on the quality of the materials first quoted. I feel they value a quality installation, reputation and happy customer over a bit of potential profit. I also liked that they had an onsite supervisor to ensure the job went well. The free house pressure wash is a very welcome bonus, that makes the house look great. One of the owners even stopped by to finalize the paperwork and discuss the job and job process.

This has been the absolute best experience we have ever had with a contractor. The great professionalism displayed through the estimate process carried throughout the notice of start date, installation and completion. Everyone was courteous and a pleasure to work with. We had a large roof surface with many mature plantings around the perimeter of the house. Everything was covered and protected prior to the installation and the clean-up left all surroundings without a trace of the installation process. Landmark was nothing short of excellent and exceeded all expectations.

Landmark was the only contractor that the original price was competitively adjusted, the work and scope thoroughly described and very cooperative with financing arrangements. Our calls were immediately responded to, they started on schedule and completed the project in a very thorough, clean and professional manner, They removed the roof directly in their dump trailer and clean the site spic and span. I highly recommended them for their competitive pricing, professionalism, job knowledge but most important their dedication to make the customer happy.

What a wonderful level of quality and professionalism I experienced with Landmark Roofing. I am very OCD in regards to maintenance of my property and the level of quality I expect from contractors. I lost trust in Landmark Roofing. Quote was agreed verbally and exact materials/labor was agreed on paper. When the final contract was sent for me to sign, the specification had changed. Landmark wanted me to pay another $500 for the ridge vent we had originally agreed upon; the actual cost difference was $50. Landmark verbally informed me the reason for the large price increase was to add margin to the original price. I lost all trust in this company. Get many quotes from different companies and check your contract!

Recently I had Landmark Roofing install my new roof. Cant praise them enough. They gave me a reasonable price, professionally installed a beautiful roof and completed the work on time. All their employees were polite and friendly at all times. They left our property as clean if not cleaner then when they arrived. They continually checked to make sure I was happy and didnt ask for payment until the job was completed. Great roof, wonderful sales and service people, and great customer service !
