We contracted ASI to evaluate and remediate a leak. Our house was built in 1830 and has many challenging angles and slopes. Over time the structure had been added to and the roof was not well configured to remove standing water. ASI assessed the issue and came up with a plan to address it. Their communication was excellent and they were clear about what steps would be taken and their cost. The project was completed in a timely manner and they took the time to match the work that they did with the existing structure. When I look at it I cannot tell what was reconfigured. Their estimate was accurate and actually came in a little under budget. They are honesty, trustworthy, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

We used ASI to first replace a section of our roof that failed during tropical storm lee, then we went back to them for more extensive renovations of the water damaged interior. They did a fantastic job! Even when aspects of the work turned out to be more complicated than predicted, ASI didnt cut any corners and finished every detail with care. Our project manager was extremely hard-working to get our job done in a timely fashion, easy to talk to, and very willing to brainstorm creative and inexpensive solutions to any/all issues that arose. I would definitely go back to ASI for future jobs and would recommend them to a friend without pause.

The crew over at ASI is always very reliable and dependable for repairs at our fraternity house. I have been working them over the past few years and they are always top notch. Most of the work they have done for us is maintenance and repair, including patching, painting, electrical, plumbing, windows, doors and flooring. We also recently hired them to do energy efficiency work at our house, since they are a BPI certified contractor. They are always easy to reach via email and/or cell. Highly recommended.

ASI finished our basement in 2011, and we couldnt be happier with our service. They were quick, courteous and professional. The project managers and workers were very communicative with me about issues that arose during the project and were great about working around my budget and my needs. We love our finished basement and would highly recommend ASI for any other projects.

A little lengthy in the queue for scheduling but once they were on the job - they were ON. Stayed in budget and the work is quality. Will definitely call on them again for future repairs and updating. Owner was kind enough to provide free estimate / insight on where we can get our best moneys worth on other home improvements.
