When I arrived I ask if I could speak with the manager about the issues my car was having. There was a woman working and she didnt seem the least bit interested in helping me because she was in a very heated discussion with someone on the phone. Again, I ask for the manager and she very abruptly told me that he wasnt in at the moment and that she was the acting manager. I couldnt believe how she was speaking to me knowing that this was my first time there because I told her so. I was floored at her tone of voice, so I very politely excused myself and I left. This was several days ago and I can assure you I will never return to this garage again. I could not believe how this "acting manager" treated new customers. I can understand someone having a bad day but you dont treat new or old customers the way I was treated and for this reason I will never go back here. I also strongly urge anyone else looking for good customer service, dont use this establishment!!!
